0 Stars. Staff were appallingly rude. I ordered via Uber eats, one of the deals they supposedly offer.. With the total coming to £18 after a promotion on the site. The order was cancelled 2 mins prior to when it was supposed to be delivered. I called them, to which the staff member stated it "wasn't worth it" so it was cancelled, and when I complained he said I "should have ordered more then" and to "go somewhere else." I've ordered from here previously and had no issues. Apparently now it's not worth it to deliver to my address.. The way they spoke to me, is shocking.

I have never left a negative review on anything but I felt the need due to the most disgusting customer service ever. They were extremely rude when we contacted them asking why our ordee was cancelled. They cancelled my order 10 mins late after it was supposed to be delivered following a 1 hour wait. this place should avoided at all costs. Their reason was no longer worth it for them.

Came here for the first time tonight, recommended by family. Not a bad word to say. Food is absolutely delicious!! Friendly staff & lovely seating area upstairs! Will definitely be returning soon

Ordered an hour before they close, took my money and 30 seconds later cancelled the order, no refund because apparently they started cooking the food ? , dont waste your time at this place.

Give them my money in cash when they delivered gave him a 20 pound note he didn’t have change so he told me he will drop the rest of change back of soon and never came back ? and this is the delivery guy from the Turkish grill little lever and it’s all on my door bell camera for proof so tommos they best give me my change back when I ring them

Came here often when I was a teenager, take out was decent but I’ve heard problems with deliveries. Never had an issue when I used to go.
It all comes separate, what’s the point in that? NaN bread was hard around the edges and the chicken didn’t even taste like tikka, salad needs to be cut smaller, the tomatoes was too thick, really disappointed won’t be ordering from there again

Ordered a burger meal and no chips or a can turned up. Separate Order a few days later, chicken tikka kebab ordered and it was plain chicken. Nan breads are awful. Shop bought and solid. Don't bother!

Didnt get what we ordered, what we did get was bland and barley warm, called to ask where the rest of it was rude bloke on phone argued and told me to take it up with just eat! Shocking customer service and even worse food... on the plus side there was a random naan bread thrown in that we didnt order and didnt want.

Dont bother with this grillIncomplete order and what did arrive was chips swimming in oil and flavourless chicken kebabs when I phoned to see what was going on was told we was wrong, so read back our receipt order he said that's not what's on his ticket told to take it up with just eat ,So please take wide birth of this place there is plenty of better options in the area
