Everytime I go to this petrol station the staff member is on the phone and finishes the call before serving me which is quite annoying when I'm in a rush

Friendly service, and the fuel prices are very good compared with other service stations in the area.
Good range of food in the ship although my croissants were two days past their best buy date. That said they were fine.

They don't enforce the wearing of face coverings despite numerous signs stating it is mandatory. Challenge nobody. Not good enough

I met the new manager Hassan today... his new injection of enthusiasm is absolutely amazing... I went in for a jet wash and came out as a loyal customer.... Hassan and his team are bright, friendly, professional and courteous... this is a petrol station which pushes the boundaries of customer service to the next level....
