I dont even know where to start. The food had to be sentback due to it being cold. The chicken was evidently prepared hours earlier \\u0026 placed into a microwave.\\n\\nWe ordered pepercorn sauce \\u0026 whitewine sauce with our chicken, the sauce was completely tasteless with 0 flavour. The deserts were ordered 'hot' which again came cold. the waittress when questioned then threw the spoon down on the table which hit my sister in law.\\n\\nWhen the bill came we complained to which the manager remvoved three meals, only to add on an extra fillet steak meal with a £16 service charge. Absolutly disgracful service. When we complained about the service charge they tried to justify it, to which we question the level of service \\u0026 lack of decent food.\\n\\nWould not recomend this place. Absolutly vile.

Hate to give bad reviews but this place was just not great. Starters all look like they'd been prepared days ago - suspect even frozen and defrosted.. salad and toast included. The main courses were all wrong and not as advertised. Cheap flavoured wine served as prosecco. Steaks cooked completely wrong. On plus the pizzas and lasagna were nice and the waiters were polite.

I have been visiting the San Rocco for years and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fantastic no matter what you order, the service is fantastic and attentive, a special mention for Donato and Sue who always go above and beyond.\\n\\nWhether it's a casual meal out or for a special occasion the atmosphere never disappoints. Highly Recommend.

First time eating here after driving past so many times. Will definitely be back, the food was absolutely delicious, great menu and the staff were excellent. Very reasonably price for quality. Very nice setting too. A real gem.

Stunning from the outside but not once you get inside which is a shame, staff meandering around and not very attentive and took a while to be seated. Tableclothes in pictures not evident and a bit haphazard on service. Food ok but alot left by all of us. 4 king prawns in my pasta dish so king prawn surprise would have been better description in a small pile of pasta

Service good. Food lovely. We were a group of nine and all our food came out at the same time. The only fault was the waitress who brought the drinks to the table held on to the top of the glass as she put then down on the table. Other than that a lovely night.
