Can't believe that this asda and some staff specially that new security officer women turn to so rude unprofessional kind of rasist to colour guy she's think every colour guy is thief and sadly to this she's well back up by the store manager too. Today I went there with my family and kids as usual so I went my shopping with my 2 little kids under 5 years old paid inside on them machine things but didn't got recipient passed that women security officer inside with smile buy she's keep looking us make us felt like we are thief but any way we passed through her as soon am near to my car in car parking she is run aftr us with her colleagues in public car park and accusing me then I told her straight I paid check you are inside machine and shows her banking proof on my phone ? Aftr few minutes she's walk away with out even saying sorry words to me and I was only colour guy she been stop even outside in car park in 2 hours time? She was made me embarrassed in front of my little children? And others people's outside . Damage my reputation . Disrespect me even I haven't done anything aftr this made it complain to manager .manager stick for her side rather then say apologies or sorry to me . I asked chadderton asda store manager few questions wich he wasn't properly replied me . First security officer should be stop me inside then I don't mind. Why she's was running like thief to me to my car and don't even care that I got little kids with me and in public people's watching me what they gona think about me ? Store manager didn't even answered me and really disappointed me same security women 4 weeks aga stop my disabled Mrs 2 times rather she was help her give to her hard time and I got proper proof so am taking my solicitor advisor and getting report to authority to take legal action about unprofessional untrained rude with bad attitude security officer and backed up by Store manager........ really really disappointed me never ever gona go there again worse experience in my life with this asda.Absolutely shocking disgusting behaviour by the store manager known as ‘Cath’/ Andrew store manager accused me of stealing in the presence of my wife and daughter for no reason at all, the lady is a racist evil lady and I will never shop again in Asda after the disgusting experience. She also physically invaded my personal space and did not even apologise after the trauma by daughter has been put through and my wife’s post natal depression, absolutely horrible racist company.This happened yesterday 9th October 2023.

The staff of this Asda are quite rude. I have been accused of stealing. I didn’t take the receipt as I have the proof on my Apple Pay wallet. While I was dealing with the security man, another lady (staff) came to me and was asking about the till where I’ve paid. She came back saying that I didn’t pay. They can’t accuse a customer without any proof! Shame on Asda, used to be one of my favourite superstore. And stop hiring some ignorants, who have 0 knowledge of customer service!

There are signs up in the car park warning people of fines if parked in disable bay without a blue badge. It's about time you started enforcing it. Nearly every bay without badge. People just doing whatever they like without consequences.

I went in to the store to purchase 2 milkshakes and I got labeled as 'dodgy' by the staff in the store. Not ideal and I will never shop in this store again. I approached security about it and apparently everyone who walks through the main doors is dodgy! Shocking customer service, you automatically get labelled as a criminal.

Today I visited Asda Chadderton. Where as I normally shop at Asda Huddersfield Rd and Asda Bury. Where there are professional Staff to serve you.But here there was no one to attend to at middle self serve area.The till wouldn’t let me pay.So I moved towards where there are most of the self serve checkouts.When I was approached by such horrible staff who very intimidatingly profiling me.Greeted me with a question.“Were you going to walk out”!Then ordering me she said.“Pay for it”!As she approved the till.Then she stormed off to Security leaving hall of the self serve unattended.Where everyone could have walked out.Otherwise were left waiting.Staff like here are shame to the business and need sacking.She needs to be identified and immediately suspended for intimidating honestly paying customers.And leavening here post to further intimidate a customer with clearly one item of men’s underwear still on show.And unnecessarily occupying security staff and equipment.Whilst theft could have been happening elsewhere.The incident happened on Friday 28/07/2023 at 21:01:10.

Vegetables wet in bags don't last long.Small milk cartons hardly ever available.Choice re brandsnow very limited.Restricted number of hand baskets ( if people use trolleys buy more!!!)

BEWARE we & family Won't shop at Asda ever again !Bullying tactics on the precinct shops like Greggs & Boots & Ladbrokes & Betfred & charity shops by fining for parking & using the other shops outside of Asda hours.So don't have your early coffee & then go to Asda afterwards.Aldi or Tesco from now on.

Cannot thank the security guard and his colleague for looking after my mother , who is 87 and is wheelchair bound with no legs . She was let down badly by borough taxi and was left for 7 hours. Mum being mum thought the taxi would turn up eventually, however it didn’t and the security guard contacted me and I went to pick her up . I thought she would have been distraught, she was smiling and laughing due to the kind nature of the security guards at Asda Chadderton. Thank you so much

I visit Asda regularly not a problem with the store or staff. The problem is trolleys today I had to go and find along with other customers and most of the trolleys won't go forward mine today kept going to the right making my shopping trip hard work. I don't have this with Tesco and Sainsbury's.Come on Asda invest in some new trolleys

Came in to collect an order from customer service. Janet was horrible and spoke to us in an extremely impolite and rude manner. The customer service was horrible, staff member Janet was extremely extremely rude. Will not be using the services again.UPDATE: I visited the store at 11:30am this morning (Friday 31st March 2023). I went to pick up a clock and collect order and was spoken to extremely rudely and impolitely for no reason.
