Ploughman was sold at 11.30am.Staff members are rude and didn't make the sandwich requested!The place is empty of sales products and the bakes were cold ... surprised they're still open!!!

Regularly get a coffee from here, love the cappuccino and the price is reasonable as well. A regular cappuccino or latte is £1.95.Love the donuts from here too.The place is very clean and the location is great with asda and boots close by.There's also seats inside the place.Plenty of parking but tends to get busy during the mornings.There are benches just outside Gregg's so you can sit and enjoy your pasty or cake.

I have been going to this store on a daily basis for years. I’ve always meant to leave a review but never have. The staff here are so lovely. They are hard working and it really upsets me when customers are rude to them. They are an amazing team. Thank you for always being lovely and so efficient.Amazing service, clean premises, always a great choice of goods to buy!

It's always too busy you wait 20 minutes to half an hour for a sausage it's so half an hour for a sausage roll The staff seemed to disappear one minute there's 1 person serving next minute there is 4 But it's still extremely slow with 4 people Serving

EVERYTIME I visit there are people walking out because of the queueing times, there’s always about 4 staff visible but only ever 1 on tills serving, all the others are obsessively tending to online/takeout orders! Very bad customer service expect to be queueing for 10-15 minutes even if there’s only 2 or 3 people in front of you

Asked for americano, apparently they serve with milk. You have to ask for a black coffee instead.
Get simple foods, quick bites nice dessert and lots of fun foodie for kiddies, nice and warm treats for them

Had to wait 10/15 minutes for bacon to cook. Knowing its a busy shop for breakfast should be in my opinion have more bacon done.so customers dont walk away. Good staff as well
