So very disappointed tonight, the food was slow to come out,forgetting the garlic bread,and although the ribs were ok,they had obviously been over cooked in the oven, but the main concern was the cannoli was over cooked and was filled with what I can only describe as frozen mince! Pasty,wheat tasting and flavourless, bloody awful—I could not eat it—and returned itI’ve been coming for many years,and it seems to get worse every time I call in

Not the best, very small pizzas. Possibly undercooked and very possibly store bought/frozen bases. It’s not the same place I fondly remembered 20+ years ago.

Been here before and really enjoyed the food. The ribs used to be one of the best around. This time though the food was bland. Chicken was luke warm and the sticky sauce on the ribs was more like heavy. Very disappointed.

Service was great.Ribs for starters were amazing, fell off the bone.Asked for a medium rare steak, it was well done which was disappointing. Also quite small and sauce would be better on the side. Could do with some more roasts too.

Disappointed is an understatement. Food and service unacceptable. They had a 50% offer on food but just couldn't cope with demand. Many other customers around us were unhappy. Long time to have our orders taken. All our starters arrived at different times. The mains were wrong so 2 of us had to eat whilst the 3rd waited for their meal.We mentioned the chicken wasn't good but they didn't care. Rude woman who claimed she was the manager although the owner denied this? At first, Jean the owner was interested in hearing my complaint but advised me to also speak to her son, co owner. He never returned calls or responded. Shocking customer care. Sine Gerad the previous employee left its just not the same. He was warm and welcoming. The new manageress was rude to the younger staff and very disorganised. They have the 50% off in January. Good luck if you are going.

Went to celebrate daughters birthday and take advantage of the 50%off food after previously being disappointed, well definately didn't disappoint, attentive friendly staff, nice to see the steak rossini back on the menu, we cleared our plates and the food and atmosphere was great, will make it our regular treat night here
Very disappointed, the food was good but the portion sizes were small and therefore quite expensive. My husband had a pizza which was tasty but a child size portion. The staff were lovely and service was good as there were very few customers (6pm). Only found out about the 10% service charge for 6+ people printed on front of menu, this should be optional. Definitely not value for money and not much atmosphere for a Christmas eve, crackers on the table would have been a nice gesture. We would probably not return
