Came to here for a early new-year curryI ordered the mix kebab starter and poppadoms . My starters was amazingThen I ordered the chicken tikka sizzler and massala sauce . The meal was very over cooked and the curry sauce was wateryMy gf ordered the mix grill sizzler was over cooked and same sauce which was watery alsoSo I pulled the manager over and stated I'll pay for one main but not the other as I did eat my over cooked chicken but my Mrs hardly touched hersHe did offer to get me another one but I said no thankyou and they did take the order off the list of payment my gf main courseI may just got unlucky but for me and my gf to get the same doesn't seem unlucky seems like happens alotI am happy they did resolve the issue tho and did not argue

Absolutely prefect evening for food and drinks no matter the occasion or how hungry you are. Been coming hear a few years now, lamb chops are to die for, staff are super friendly and have had us on various evenings, sometimes just me and my partner other times.upto 8/10 of.us. definitely recommend to

best curry house in the area been going there for 30 years been trying all other indian restaurant in the area i find myself curry cottage is best good price £12.95 for everything place is so nice and worm in the winter cant recommend enough this place a greate family run business keep up guys

Papadoms I had to send back as they were pre cooked and warmed up, I could actually bend them in half. There was no ice and Lemmon for the water and a serious lack of chicken in the madras curry. The carpet in the restaurant is not clean, would be better suited to a hard floor covering. I’d give it about 3 out of 10 overall.

Great food £12.95 deals apart from hairs in one of the the starter and asked for a plain curry and it was hotter then a vindaloo and unedable apart from that was a plesent evening and rest of food great and service seemed decent all was mentioned to the taller waiter with bread we where sat in the corner near the kitchen the waiter said he'd give us a Portion of onion bhaji to take home never happened he seemed to be very disinterested to be honest
