To confirm I have been a customer of this take away for years spending beyond hundreds of pounds with them. Today i placed an order calculating £13 including a delivery charge but because i didn’t spend a penny over the £13 my free garlic bread with cheese was not sent. So as not to disappoint my 5 year old daughter i called up to request this. It cost me an extra £5 for the garlic bread with cheese. I live within a quarter mile of the take away. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I work in sales and customer service and this takeaway is SH***

Absolutely disgusting dripping with grease defo wont be paying over £100 on a order again Mama Pizza ok kids probably can cook it better had to give 1 star to post but in reality the place needs shutting down

Absolute disgrace. Dripping with Grease. Made a complaint only to be told by the guy that he couldn't understand me and hung up. This is 3 times in a row this has happened. I hope they get shut down.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Absolutely horrific! So, I placed my order at 9 on through just eat. At 10:20pm I rang the restaurant as I had heard nothing about the order. I was told that the delivery driver had “disappeared”. Then about 25 minutes later I had a phone call from the other ‘driver’ who was completely lost and needed me to direct him to my house. Then when we finally received our food, the order was wrong!!! We received a garlic bread instead of the pizza we had ordered. The food itself was soggy and bland. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.

What a joke. Just ordered on their website, order said ready in ten minutes and the clock started ticking down from ten minutes. I arrive 15 minutes later, they look at me blankly and say they have not seen the order. I tell them their website said it'd be ready in ten minutes, they said no it doesn't (Its your website you should know what you've built it to say). He said it'll be 10 to 15 minutes so I said I'd sit in the car outside. I went back in after 15 minutes, he said "what you still want you food? ". And they're proudly Under new management! They've lost a long term customer

I celebrated my graduation last night in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we passed a phenomenal evening and the restaurant was indeed one of the reasons for the fruitful meeting. The waiters collaborated in a sweet style, the meals were tasty and my guests were so delighted. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.

I was not impressed with the pizza here at all , it was over cooked and the bread was like eating cardboard! Yuk!.A good pizza should rise slightly , be fluffy in the middle with a slight bite to the bread (only on the outside), and have plenty toppings! It’s not hard to cook a pizza it amazes me how so called pizza places fail so miserably at the task.

Really disapointed waited 2hrs before ringing, as just eat said busy delayed (fair enough) only to be told it had been delivered and recieved! Obviously not, they were admant and said theyd send another out, by then I'd had enough, especially being made a liar. We cancelled but they wouldn't take no for an answer, even off my partner. Intimidating. Very odd. Now I just want my money back.

I've previously given 5 stars and loved the food from here. Unfortunately the last 3/4 times we've order we've been disappointed. We kept thinking it was a one off, but it obviously wasn't. For example, I paid for extra mixed peppers on my pizza one time and they weren't on there, I've asked for no tomatoe on my kebab and it still came with tomatoes on it, cold donner meat, small portions. We'll be trying somewhere else from now on.
Ordered a pizza meal for delivery at 7.00pm. Arrived 6.30 before my husband was even home. And it was cold!! What is the point in having a meal delivered if you have to warm it up yourself and it comes at the wrong time. Won't be using ever again
