Ordered and it took over 3 hours to arrive.My beef chow mein had no flavour, and was really dry. The beef had been fried with way too much oil, and then the noodles just thrown in with no added flavour/sauce.My dim sum variety was inedible. One of them was rock solid, I couldn’t even break it with my fingers. The pork one had a terrible sour smell when I broke it open and was pink.Salt and pepper chips were old, barely any seasoning on them.Even the prawn crackers were stale.Do not waste your money. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering, it seems like many people have had a similar experience with receiving old, oily food.

Everything I've ordered has been fresh and tasty. The meats in the house specials were cooked well and there was plenty of it. The roast pork was extra lush. ??

Discusting food. I ordered online under the VEGETARIAN section the fake 'duck' wraps and the fake 'chicken' in lemon.I don't eat meat so you can imagine how mortifying it was to bite into the food to discover it was real meat!! I called the restaurant to ask if they have given us real meat and his response was "well nobody else has complained and they have eaten it" yeah they probably didn't realise. He was so rude and didn't even apologise, then put the phone down on me. Fuming will never order from there again and if your vegetarian or vegan don't trust them.Plus the other bits of food we could actually eat was awful anyway!!!Vegetarian options: Do not order vegetarian optionsThey will send you meat!!!

Terrible customer service. Very rude on the phone. Meal promised in 45 minutes, 20 late still waiting. Rang to see how long it would be! Another 40 minutes to wait.Asked for a refund, was told not possible, no apologies and extremely rude. Put the phone down 3 times when calling backWill never use them again

Delivery driver was lovely and food arrived on time however that's all I can say that was good about the takeaway tonight spent £40 and thrown most of the food away the salt and pepper box was stale the chicken was almost inedible and smelt sour no sign of any fresh food other than the free spring veg rolls they threw in! Glad we had those coz we couldn't eat the rest even the curry sauce and sweet and sour sauce were nearly solid in texture. Won't be ordering again hate leaving bad reviews and if the food was OK I wouldn't say anything but it was awful as if it had been there for days and re-warmed not happy at all

Delivery last night not been for a while what can I say 10 out of 10 food piping hot on delivery on time generous portions every meal and starter was tasty definitely our go to Chinese now

Tried it for the first time a few years ago and used to get the salt & pepper box and it was unreal until I tried it again for the first time a few months ago and the food had gone terrible. The salt and pepper chicken was completely inedible without a gumshield like it had just been kept reheated for hours. Had about as much moisture in it as Ghandi’s flip flops

Just ordered from Golden Dragon.Got three of our dishes wrong (My partner is Vegan so this is a biggie.) so the girl who took the order said they would re-deliver which is great. The three dishes that are incorrect came and the girl delivering said that it would cost £5 delivery! As the chef had “insisted” Well I’m sorry but if the order was correct there would have been no problem. We regularly spend £30 upwards at a time at this takeaway but no more. Absolute disgrace.Note for the future either don’t charge a made up re-delivery price for an order YOU had gotten wrong or ask for the dishes that were wrong back!
