Westbound queues are shorter usually. Better cross the bridge stretch you legs and get Greggs from there than eastbound

This is by far the rudest Greggs on the planet with the exception of one lady. The young girls behind the desk clearly don't want to be there and to be honest I'm not sure how they passed the interview. It's clear from the other reviews I'm not alone.So Greggs here's some basic customer service advice.....it's free to smile and manors cost nothing.

What disgusting service. The two young girls that were there have clearly never been taught manners. They were throwing orders at people with attitude, giving filthy looks, had NO food in. All of the stuff was cooked clearly in the morning as my food was so cold. They were giving wrong orders to people. They had a choice between a black cheese and bacon twist, which wasn’t even in the right place so I’m sure that’s bad for people with dietary requirements or vegetarians. No gloves nothing. Disgusting.
