Spilled my drink everywhere. Kim and the team was quick to fix it. Got a free drink refill and was assured it was ok as I felt bad. Food was great lovely staff.

I don't eat KFC but my boyfriend does and he has worked there years ago and as I've seen the staff are friendly and idk how good the food is as I don't eat it but my boyfriend loves

Got my order wrong going through drive thru, got to window corrected it, then waited for the rest of my order to be passed something I hadn't ordered. When I told them that it wasn't mine, they closed the window and when they finally opened said i must of said it wrong..... then refunded me for it and then a lot of messing about to try order what I wanted but they didn't have enough so in the end I ended up leaving the latter end.. got back to work and realised a few things were missing, sauces, chips from a meal etc when I rang and explained the person said "oh so its only chips your missing"..... Will be avoiding this place in future
For the second time I am short delivered. The first time, 6 strips rather than 8, next time 10 rather than 12.Service other than not getting my full order was fine.

Delivery truck closed off drive through, had to get out with a broken leg went in to order food no service just watched me stood waiting to order while they constantly sent out delivery’s.

Horrendous, bought 2 potions of popcorn snack boxes for my daughters and received half filled boxes. 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and a small handful of chips, avoid this one at all cost, definitely not
