Tables were dirty ,, really dirty with just one member of staff which explains a lot - had to pretty much explain my order over and over and it still wasn’t right ,, strong Cappuccino was like baby Milk and I asked for a replacement that was exactly the same - typical revenge for complaining was £12 in £1 pound coins that I refused to accept - at this point under threat of returning the order that a £10 note miraculously appeared in the toll.The most disturbing aspect of the experience was that being disabled I needed the toilet facilities & was curtly told that there wasn’t any ,, I couldn’t see one so I don’t thing She was being awkward but I find that unacceptable and it caused me problems that I don’t care to mention.The Member of staff was ignorant - dismissive and frankly hopeless ,, worst Subway I’ve ever been in.There was no excuse for Her behaviour She was not busy with just myself and One other customer on the premises. There are other things I’d like to say but I’ll leave it there ,, an @mail to a customer service contact found online was not answered.May have been an isolated incident ?? but think carefully before using this establishment.

I was impressed with how clean the store appeared to be. However, I did notice that there was quite a bit of condensation on the windows, which was a bit distracting. Overall, though, the food was good and the service was friendly, so I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and easy sandwich option in the area.

Shocking service girl working was more interested in chatting with her mate who was waiting for her than doing her job . If a shop says open until 5:30 then serve till 5:30 if you want to tidy up at 5 lock the door at 5 stop the public going in don’t sulk when they order then giggle with your mate avoid this store at all costs

awful the member of staff was as rude as you can get her name was debs asked for a sub to be melted and said i had no choice but to have it toasted when i said i don't like toast her reply was well that's tuff isn't it she was then swearing indirectly at us but we had small children that think its ok to swear when its not my daughter asked for a Italian sub but said she only wanted a little meat as very fussy with food again to be told well this is the position so you have to have that which i know would not be the case she wanted LESS not extra when it come to the salad i asked for no onion she put it on when i said sorry i said no to onion her answer was "for f*cksake "

Food is fresh and tastes great, service and staff are brilliant but 3 stars as the value isn't there any more. Let's face it, it's a sandwich not a meal. £26 for 4 meal deals is marginally less expensive than eating out in a pub/restaurant.

This is one of two Subway locations in Leigh town centre, it is by far the smaller and poorer of the two locations. It is owned/run by SKS Ventures Ltd. Unlike the other branch on Parsonage Way, this store follows the old Subway layout, the one benefit this store has over the other is it is slightly closer to the town centre including the bus station and shops, being located near Boots on Bradshawgate. When I entered the store, I was told to wait with no explanation and I had to wait a couple of minutes to even be served, this made no sense as there were two staff members working, there was a man in a black shirt who I'm sure was a manager/supervisor but he seemed to make mistakes you'd associate with a trainee, not only making me wait (no one else was in the shop at the time) to the point I considered leaving but he also - Despite telling him my order more than once, confirming it, he didn't seem to listen, I must have asked him to add tuna 3 or 4 times before he finally realised it, due to the combination of tuna, ham and cheese. - He put my bread down on the counter with no sheet, this could have caused cross-contamination issues and just been unpleasant - He messed up the first set of bread, by ripping it, he went into the back to replace it, again with no explanation... (due to the gluten free bread being frozen it is hard to break apart sometimes) The store also wasn't clean, it just seemed dirty, with food around the edge of the containers, and the floor was a mess, which considering how quiet it was and the fact due to UK government legislation, people aren't dining in, making little sense. When I did get my sub, it was fine, it was average, I've had better and I've had worse, it was the typical price I'd pay of £4.89 so that wasn't too bad. 2* - Poor Subway Store in terms of service and cleanliness, I probably would use the other branch in Leigh in the future, which is also open later, that store closes at 9 pm while this location on Bradshawgate closes rather early, at 5 pm.
