If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a chicken chow mein in sauce (wet) for collection. Got home and checked the food and have basically been given a polystyrene box of noodles covered in oil and something that is supposed to be chicken (see picture). Rang back and told them they must've got my order wrong and she said they don't do chow mein in sauce.... so why let me order it then? AVOID

The worst take away ever delivered tonight.Dishes below... one is meant to be chinese chicken curry, the other Chinese chicken & mushroom, you tell me which is which...The so called chicken looked like plastic strips, tasted like it had a sticking coating on it and was chewy, the worst tasting food ever.My chinese chicken curry was tipped on the rice in one dish, so no sauce to enjoy; greasy chips squashed in tray.How can anyone take away survive in this market serving food like this; cannot believe Just Eat even market these places.I have never left such a negative feedback, but as a chef, this food was not fit for purpose; never again :(

Ordered Fish and chips, took 10 min to explain what I wanted. After 20 min got a mashed undercooked fish. Higenics was next to none, no aprons, no gloves, delivery drivers entering kitchen, now praying not to have a good poison..

Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering via JustEat. Food is terrible. Deep fried dirt. Collected the order and the place looks minging inside as well. The only positive from the whole experiance was that I paid through JustEat so the owners will hopefully declare and pay tax. Massive "cash only" sign in the window.

Awful ordered at 18:25 order said it would be here 19:45 sat here still waiting at 20:57 restaurant don’t even have the decency to answer the phone. Rang countless times and just rings out
Ordered soup and then noodles and Special Kung Po.Delivery was on time, food was OK not brilliant. Slightly disappointed with the Kung Po. Taste was OK but there wasn't a single cashew nut in the meal. If you order Kung Po and the menu says (contains nut) you'd expect at least a few.

the food was 50 mins late we rang up and they told us it had set off but it hadn’t, they put phone down and the food came dry and lukewarm awful service

for the love of christ save your self do not attempt or even contemplate ordering food from here. ordered food took 20 minute to order due to language barrier then another hour to come . food arrived poor driver explained he was given reciept and address 10 to 12 miles away . finally arrived showing us wrong address. chicken chowmaine had 3 slithers of processed chicken and was dry to the bone . the sweet n sour chicken was frozen . took food back to shop to see the so called chef stood in the kitchen smoking a superking cigarette whilst 3 other people were gambling in the kitchen . women on reception could not speak english chef came out with cig in hand both put fingers in the food and then said ok il put sauce on . after sometime for asking for money back the lady went in the back took money off table and not the till and swearing in chinese not knowing i am fluent in cantonese calling me an idiot . will be reporting to immagration and enviromental agency .

Dreadful. Ordered on ubereats 1hr late and rang to chase up delivery and they lost the ticket and it hasnt started to be cooked yet. Avoid at all costs. Terrible!!!!
