The staff at Allen's Fried Chicken was friendly and welcoming; however, I didn't really enjoy the meal. The chicken I had was soggy and excessively oily, leading me to rate it a 6 out of 10.

Food took 1hr and 20mins to get here and was soggy and cold, the delivery driver was also rude.UPDATE: Ordered again due to thinking this was a one off, however the owner delivered my food and was very rude to me and lecturing me on why I shouldn't give a restaurant a negative review. Not only that but my 2nd order was also missing a portion of chips which was supposed to come with the burger I ordered. Will not be ordering from here again.

Hello Allan my good Fren from school time. He invited me over to his chicken shop and wow it’s not to bad other then the mouse traps that have to be set like any other shop food is superlicious other then the chicken that we cooked for to long how ever we still sold it it’s a shame I’m going back to iraq now we will have to do all of this again soon buy his chicken people or it’s your own fault the chicken isn’t always the freshest as it might of been sat there all day but my friend Allen is still tasting nice even after plenty of hours in the oven thanks see use again soon my fren Andrea’s ?❤️?

To say the reviews for this place are shocking I’ve never had a problem with them, just got my Uber delivered family dinner and you can’t fault it, chips are perfectly cooked and crispy not like usual chips you get from a takeaway and there soggy, the chicken was lovely and the gravy was really tasty and thick not watery!! Well done guys

The worst place I've ever ordered from. The chicken was pink, the wings were burnt, the guys behind the till are just daft, I asked 4 times is chili sauce in the bag to get back and no chili sauce be in the bag. The food is horrible, I wouldn't waste your time or money ordering from here
We order from here regularly but tonight my order was left in the doorstep and a dog tipped the bag open , had to order more food from a different place

Don't buy online and pay in store. You'll get scammed. I've always done this and paid the price I bought it for online but suddenly it's changed. I had to pay extra when I paid in store. That doesn't feel right.The spicy chicken wings taste great. The best wings in the area. You don't get much chips in their portions but it's all good.

Food took 2 hours to arrive. When it turned up my chicken wings were missing so I called the shop to complain and they said I will have to wait another 2 hours for my wings to be delivered or I get them free next time I ordered. I explained to the guy I will not be ordering again so he needs to sort something out as I’m not waiting 2 hours for the rest of my food and explained to him I had paid money for it so I expect it to be sorted out. I was told there was nothing he could and hung up. Good food but terrible service. Will not be coming back here. Go somewhere else with better service even if the food is not as nice. Disposable behaviour.
