Terrible service, came to open my fast it’s been an hour and the food hasn’t come the lady in a half done hijab is so rude telling people to shutup without any remorse. Turned my Good Friday to a bad Friday.

Would rate the food but I’ve yet to still receive it ? woman next to me waited 40 minutes for a milkshake, dining area and back of house is a mess. Juice spilling off the counter into customer area, my juice cup half filled. Male staff shouting out numbers looks absolutely raging, milkshakes spilled everywhere. Bin bags and rubbish everywhere this place is a joke to be honest. Staff need to smile or at least learn customer service, from someone who manages another property.Wheelchair accessibility: Yea

Terrible service. Waited more than an hour for a simple burger meal as did a lot of their customers, when asked how long it will take for the food to arrive (asked multiple times) we was answered with zero gratitude. Very disappointing!

A little tricky to find inside the centre but can’t complain besides that. The service was amazing and the food was so good too! We had their smash burgers with fries and their pink lemonade was so good too! Really like how flexible they are with what toppings you can have inside it.We dined in but also took extra food as takeaway for once we get home since we were just visiting from London
