We went for lunch today, food was good but customer service was horrible, I felt a bit different attitude with us than other tables , everything was took long time to arrive. Moreover we ordered a burger and asked without onion but anyway by mistake it came with onion, It’s fine anywhere else it might happen! But when we told them, without any apologies asked very rude way do you want another???! I found it very unprofessional

Visited Bill's Spinning Fields restaurant in Manchester and found the food excellent. The service was good as well. The waiter was very kind. In the vast sea of this new shopping mall this cosy restaurant Bill's stood out, always a fan favorite among the pedestrians who slipped past the towering walls of the shopping complex. Cool decor!We would have loved a bigger kids menu, but the mac and cheese was good, as were the chips. Loved the mini cinnamon doughnuts. Our waiter, Solomon, was really efficient and friendly. Overall, 5 star definite.
Food was okay, had a hair in my drink then a crack in another glass. Bought bottomless brunch and thought food was included but wasn't, cist ovr 90 quid for two of us. My fault so thought make the most of the 90 mins of the drink. Only prosecco cocktails. Was ordering two each then at the last 30 minutes was told my manager said you can only order one each and they took ages to bring them to you once you ordered them. Won't be going again.

The strawberry pancakes were good, they were soft and fluffy, however the vegan pancakes were hard to cut through and difficult to chew. They were also slow to bring out the 2nd round of “bottomless pancakes” (it was from 3-5 so I think they were stalling on purpose). Also, you’re allowed to take away one of the “bottomless pancakes”.
