Awful experience, I wouldn't go here again even if they were giving away free food. Staff didn't seem to have a clue. Waited 15 minutes for two meals, when I brought it to the managers attention that I'd been waiting so long, there was no apology and I got told 'oh its been forgotten about, don't know why'. They couldn't even be bothered putting the kids meal in a box that they had, just threw it in the bag with the other meal. Pains in stomach half an hour after eating!! Avoid!!!!

We ordered a plant vegetarian meal deal and was very surprised to be asked if we mind if it has been cooked on the same grill as the beef one. Yes we did mind and had to make do with a vegan royal. No offer was made or available to cook it separately. Also nobody was wearing gloves while working with meat and meat free. Very disappointed ☹️

Payed for a large drink to end up having a medium one. I understand thighs happens and you could run out, however staff should let me know at least before purchasing.

Just got a double cheese burger and fries. Fries are cold and the burger dry, the best tasting thing us the packet mayonnaise. Chose burgerking as the surrounding places eg McDonald's and KFC were busy and had queues and I was in a bit of a rush. Wish I had queued at the others , disgusting, terrible food.

Terrible service, machines were down on a busy Friday so it resulted in us having to wait a long time, nothing looked organised and staff were misrable and the manager had a nasty attitude. They didn't cook the burger right, it was barely edible and small. The Fanta was flat! Just a waste of money. I won't ever go here again.

We ordered 2 packs of Pepper corn loaded fries with cheese for take away. To my greatest surprise, the fries was very dry ?. No cheese, and the topping looks as if we begged for the server to put there. We could have brought it back but we drove off already. Not satisfied ?

There was a long wait for food. Food was lukewarm when it came. Started with symptoms of food poisoning 30 mins afterwards. My friend who also ate the same got symptoms too a short while later. It’s put me off eating Burger King ever again. Burger size seem to have got smaller tooWheelchair accessibility: Self checkouts been put in with limited regular tills. The self checkouts are not at the correct height for a wheelchair user to be able to use. I had to help a customer there with using the self checkout as they could not do it themselves
