Lovely meal, all the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable! And food was great! Thank you to George who served us! Straight on it about allergies putting us both at ease.

I ordered the onion rings and skin on fries which were two sides for dinner. When the onion rings arrived it was much larger than I thought. They were tasty and made from fresh onions. Our server and the staff were attentive and friendly. The only slight negative was the skin on fries the fries tasted a bit sour at first on its own without sauce. However a little ketchup fixed it. I would have the onion rings again if I ever decided to come back .

We visited as a group of 7 on a Sat evening and had booked online. I would suggest booking as it was busy. The online process is very easy. The only negative was they had changed the menu from what we had seen online. We were told it had been selected as one of the branches to trial a slimmed down menu, just our luck!! Once we got over this disappointment we did make our choices, the food was cooked fresh and was hot when served. I had sweet potato fries and have lost track of the number of places I've been to where they are served luke warm ? but this was not the case here ? Overall we all enjoyed the food, Tabitha was our server and was lovely. We had a birthday girl in our group and despite only saying when we arrived Tabitha arranged for us to embarrass the hell out of the birthday girl and got the staff and us singing her happy birthday. Thank you for this. Overall I would recommend visiting, yes it's a burger place but the food is cooked well and much better than going to a branded fast food place. They also accepted blue light card which was an added bonus.

We hadn't been to a Byron's before, so a first for both of us. Service was good. It's nice to see a burger restaurant with so many vegan/veg options, although it was a shame there was no halloumi. We had a chicken burger, vegan cheeseburger and cheesy chips; the cheese was more like a sauce and I wouldn't be in a rush to try these again. For a dessert we had a butterscotch sharing sundae, which was good but had a lot of popcorn in! Overall it was a tasty dinner, although a tad on the dear side for what it is.

Food was great, service was excellent! Only thing we didn’t agree with was that it was quite expensive for the burger and no sides were offered you had to pay for them separately. But that wouldn’t stop me from coming back here!

I remember another taste in other Byron in other city. the food so and so, the burger is good, ma pickle usually was on the side and the halloumi fries is no. but The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A massive thank you to Yasmin and Will for their work this evening; truly the embodiment of ‘hospitality’. The food was great, prompt and delicious but what made the experience was the personalised service and kindness that they showed me this evening. The three waiting staff are running the venue expertly and everyone around me also seems as happy as I am. I’m not a local, but otherwise I would return repeatedly. A massive thank you.

I have a dairy allergy which I alerted the staff about - they dumped an allergy menu on our table & told me to chose with no explanation. When I had made my decision they then got annoyed that I had chosen from a menu which was no longer being served . I explained that no one had told me what was available etc and they told me to chose something else quickly. After a long wait the food was average. When it came to payment the card machine failed & I had to pay again- I then went home & saw that I had been charged twice for my meal. When I called the restaurant to explain they weren’t interested & told me to send an email to which no one has answered . Very unhappy with service & I still have not received a refund .

Visited here for a quick lunch on a visit to Manchester and took advantage of their burger, fries and drink for £10. The food was lovely as was the staff and the afternoon deal is a bargain. I swapped my fries for salad which was lovely and fresh. Only let down was that they was advertising an Eton Mess milkshake on a billboard outside and that was the reason we chose this place but then found out they had none left when we went to order it after our food. Would of been an idea for them to remove the board for it.

Paid £8 for 2 apple juice glasses and £20+ for 2 burgers with slightly under-cooked chicken fillets (no fries or slaw on side). Not sure what happened, they used to have more diverse menu options with better quality&quantity food. The only good thing was the service.

This Byron has the most wonderful team, they all work together so well and it makes the atmosphere of the restaurant efficient yet friendly and welcoming! The food never disappoints and the service is prompt without ever feeling rushed! Special shout out to Will and Kieran - staff I have had positive experiences with on my couple of visits to Byron. The waiting team always seem positive and happy, the overall vibe is relaxed, laidback and always excellent! Also always feels clean and well organised!! Will definitely be back!!

Dylan is a star. We visited earlier today for some plant based burgers. He’s been working there 3 days and his service was second to none. Hopefully he’s joining us out later, we’ve even said he can bring his girlfriend out, even though she’s a scouser. Food was okay, but the star was the beer with a pickle in it! 5 stars, mainly down to Dylan.
