The new Pizzetta dish is absolutely delicious. Lovely store with pleasant staff. Thank you.

Useless. Just tried to explain to the barely English speaking employee that I wanted to collect stamps on my app and pay by debit card and she didn’t understand.

Staff was nice. But somehow the shop had zero heating at all when I visited. It made me super uncomfortable to the point that couldn't even finish a cuppa. Please do something to the automatic door. Not only indoor temperature, the shop is filled with gasoline smell. Overall it's a terrible experience for sitting in.

Short of staff when I visited; one woman dealing (very well!) with long queue as colleague was on lunch, so only two staff, which is not good enough for city centre Nero. Food basic and not much choice. Coffee excellent as ever. But an extra 5p added to my bill just for eating in?? Miserly, petty and outrageous. Ensures I won't be returning.

Not wheelchair accessible! Entrance is step free but once you're inside there's two steps to get to the seating area and can't get to the counter at all. Awful!Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible
