What a top class Nero this is - probably the best one in Manchester / Salford City centre. So clean and spacious with all sorts of seating arrangements. The Pistachio & Chocolate Mousse Cake was top drawer.

What a delightful branch of Nero. This is a terrific find. Clean, with reasonable furnishings. The ambience is pleasant even with the volume of people there. I would love to revisit late in the day. It is close enough the the city centre, yet nestled just far enough from Deansgate to offer respite and a time out from the Hustle and Bustle of the city. I would highly recommend the location for a group meet, or a quiet get together. Parking is just a short walk around the corner. When next in the city, I will make a point of stopping by again. Certainly one of the better Neros in the chain I have visited.Parking: Paid Parking around corner.Wheelchair accessibility: Level surface off pavement and tables outside which could accommodate a chair user.

Im loving it .the best mocha and hot choclate .value for money and amazingly better than other so called brands .worth having more in manchester and accessible .please open more frenchises towards salford eccles swinton as we need to travel far for just having this beauty .Pleaseeeeee

Awful experience in this shop. I was served by the manager called Luke.I ordered a coffee before going to work ready to have a nice day and he ruined everything with his disgusting attitude.I understand that sometimes people can have a bad day but if you work at the front desk you need to be professional enough to do your best and create a nice rapport with the people you encounter during the day.The issue was I paid with a perk code (It's an app) I was sure I did go through. When the coffee was ready he asked me to pay again so I told him I thought I had already paid for it. He then took the coffee away from treating me like a thief and asked me to pay again which I did because I thought maybe I was wrong and the previous payment hadn't gone through. Once the SECOND payment went through he took the coffee back and he told now it's pay you can take it. Disgusting!I went out and because his attitude was that awful, I checked my app to see who was right/wrong about the payment. I saw two payments on my account (6 and 2 min respectively) So I went back just to tell him I paid twice and even though I showed him the payments he refused to accept this and he kept saying that wasn't possible because he didn't press the bottom to allow payment. ridiculous.Just an apology and a bit of empathy would have been nice. Can't believe this person is in charge of a shop.

The most miserable, unfriendly guy serving today. No manners, basically ignored me. I was polite and respectful. I expect the same in return to be honest. The place could do with a clean too. I had chance to look while being ignored lolThe coffee is ok but should have walked a bit further to Costa
