Great Food here. Showed an image of of Char Sui Pork from Tameside Takeaway Group (Facebook) and she made it especially for my Wife. Food was hot and very tasty. This place never misses a beat. Spot on every time! Well done guy's!

2nd meal we have had recently , both absolutely delicious . Great service , lovely driver . Dave loves the ribs , I love the soup and tofu , big portions , great value for money . Mmmm :) Thank youVegetarian options: Tofu dishes really good

Xmas eve and told 1.5hrs which isn’t a problem, but then waited 2.5 hrs and still no food and to be told by the rude lady on the phone that she is too busy to deal with us!!! Total disgrace and don’t deserve the custom!!

Tried this place twice now! Xmas eve was told 1.5hrs wait and waited 2hrs and still nothing. Hoped it was a delivery aspect. Ordered again tonight to find when it was delivered it was stone cold!! Took it back to the shop to be confronted by a rude women who said we ate half the order and refused to refund. After much discussion she threw the money at me. Never use again and such a disgusting place

Best Chinese takeaway in Denton. No delivery but allow telephone orders. Never had a sub par meal here!
We have been going to this Chinese for years and found out that it was under new management, we have tried it tonight and it is disgusting no chilli with the salt and pepper chicken no prawns in the special vermicelli, chips were absolutely rotten the only good thing about this Chinese is they deliver!!!!!!….. stay away and save your money!!!!…. Come back the old owners please!!!!…..

Stopped at lunchtime and loved the fact it had inside seating.Lunchtime menu has lots of choice and big portions. Super friendly staff.

I have been coming here for 22 years. This will be my last time, salt and pepper King prawns used to be amazing now its terrible the batter on the Prawn is thick and just loads of onion what happened to small chopped chilli onion Peppers beautiful orange batter, this dish is missed. Your peas taste like you add water every time it thickens, your fish very wet batter just sat round it instead of sticking to your fish. Your portion size small and your prices are well to high. Shame

Just prior to covid I used to visit Canton House Denton every week with my mum. We both loved it, the service was quick and the food was absolutely gorgeous, with big portions. After my mum passed away I moved out of the area but returned for a visit in early 2022. What a disappointment, Michael (Chinese English name) had sold up and moved on and it was obvious it had all changed, smaller portions, food nowhere near as tasty and to make it worse prices had increased. Today, 12 September 2023 I thought I’d give it one more try, even worse. One person serving big orders behind the counter, at least half a dozen people waiting. I went into the dining area but after ten minutes realised I wouldn’t be served if I’d waited all afternoon so left. Canton was once my No1 choice for Chinese food but today I made a decision to never visit it again, come back Michael, please! To the new(ish) owners, if you want to succeed there get Michael to advise you on ingredients, menu, and staffing levels, otherwise sell up because you’re killing the place.

Used to love the food from here, though I would go and give it a try as it was now under new management. Not very nice at all The chips were nice and fresh but what constituted as Gravy resembled a north sea oil SALTY slick almost black in colour and as thick as custard, as it had been poured over everything, the food was ruined and ended up in the bin, Total waste of money. The Curry was bright Orange ? but better than the Gravy. (just) No second visits for me.
