Very disappointed that the friends cafe is still advertised when it’s now been changed

Really sad to find out that central perk is no more and it’s now been turned into a hello kitty cafe. I will say that the drinks are a lot better now and you can tell they’ve put some money into it and it looks less run down, but I’m not personally a HK fan and will miss the Friends theming.

Although I'm not a big fan of 'Friends', I was impressed with the prices as I expected them to be much better.

I am of ethnic origin and was waiting for my daughter and was made to feel like I was in the way.I left.I felt uncomfortable and this is not good customer service but just someone thinking they are better than me !

The iconic F.R.I.E.N.D.S central perk cafe is situated within the Primarks store towards the back. Whilst the design is impeccable to that of the TV show giving vibes of the iconic TV show, the beverages were really poor and did not even meet the standards of a regular coffee. The coffee tasted very burnt and super strong and felt they could have invested in atleast a decent coffee machine.

Very clean and tidy establishment, service is always excellent and prices very reasonable.

I wasn't impressed. The cappuccino tasted nice however the seats are not that comfortable and the drinks are served in paper cups even if sitting in. Very expensive. £4.05 for a large cappuccino plus they charge for soya milk. The music playlist must be about 2 songs cause I'll be there for you keeps playing. Does get rather annoying. Staff could be more welcoming. I wouldn't visit again.

Lovely little cafe and nice staff, could do with a bit of cleaning though numerous seats were stained and tables were left dirty here and there. Not sure if that is due to lack of staff but anyway.
