First time at this Costa and the last , worst coffee ever had a latte that was lukewarm and had no taste of coffee at all ,the two two staff members were so busy talking to each other a very large queue had formed with people waiting a long time to be served so not able to take it back,the toilets were absolutely filthy open bins half full of waste black mould all around the wash Basin rotten mouldy falling apart skirting boards it was dire ,poor customer service dreadful coffee and not clean, avoid if you enjoy a decent coffee .

I don't usually like Costa for coffee, but this was nearby. Had a very nice Flat White. The place is spacious and comfortable, and service is very efficient. Good location too.

Always loved visiting this branch. Staff friendly and willing to talk about the coffee etc. Although it is located on Market Street, there is plenty of seating. I think it can get busy between here and the other Costa located near to Primark. The seating area is clean, well lit and fresh looking. Comfortable seating so definitely consider sitting down. Enjoy!

Very friendly staff behind the counter, in a great location, a lot of seating inside, some outdoors as well, glass dividers where you order and pick your drink or food up. They also have a nice variety of sandwiches and snacks to select

All the staff are great, its hard ,job many hours on your feet ,hospitality job are not so easy how many people with a degree think about it.the only negative think is that some time i feel not to be in a cafe but in a public toilet because everyone use the toilet so up and down of people just for toilet not really nice ..
I think its a great store in the town centre (market street) Has amazing staff very friendly, helpful and reliable 👌 "Molly" is an asset to the store/company ðŸ‘

Croissant was stale, soft and squishy, cookie was completely dry - coffee was average. We threw out the food and went for good baked goods from M&S (which were gorgeous) instead. Won’t be repeating that mistake again

Costa service and hygiene was poor today, flys was present in the area where the cakes are! Served a chipped cup. Tables still with dirty cup and plates, letting people whom haven't even purchased anything from the shop take tables from people trying to sit down with their coffees. Still there coffees are the best around.
