Wanted a red berry cooler and was waiting about 20 minutes. All the staff were so slow it was ridiculous, none of them were busy and the queue was so long by the time i got to the front from their poor management skills

Costa is great coffee, and I've never had bad service at any of their branches. This particular branch was the same, maybe not as tidy as some others, but they were very busy at the time. Friendly staff and lots of choice.

Saturday afternoon and the place is fully packed but staff members have an excellent attitude and worked hard . Great service. Well done guys.

Digustingly rude staff. Terrible waiting times. Staff unable to serve basic coffees. No apology given for a horrid experience. And all this while my wife is 8 and a half months pregnant and she was forced to wait for a disappointing drink.
