This has been a big change they have a new manager think his name is Damien I forgot now but he's new manager from bury such a big difference cleaner tidy fridges are full and open on time and very professional and polite such a big difference from previous manager excellent work to the new manager and he has just told me this morning hes closing early in the week for staff training excellent as they need to be trained as the coffee is overloaded with water ?great work

Shabby and dirty, the least we'll maintained Costa I've been to.Chairs don't appear to have been cleaned in a long time.Won't serve in regular cups even if you're drinking in, they give everyone disposable cups.Upstairs closed with no explanation even though downstairs full.Coffee is normal for Costa.I will avoid in the future.

I give these no stars once again no staff turned up this morning Friday finally open gone 8am and the staff banging around tutting puffing oh my god some staff was sat outside and member of public came out and asked if he was working today only the girl serving has a que this is a disgrace there are people out there who want jobs you need to get some staff who turn up on time will not say any moor becouse it will just be inappropriate laungage oh dam it will not let me post without a star so only 1 star but they don't deserve that disgraceful

I like this Costa, it has improved since the last time I was there when they had hardly any food at lunchtime due to a delivery problem.I had a cheese and tomato toastie, it was the best I've had in a long time. And the coffee is great as always ?Vegetarian options: Toasties and sandwiches.Parking: Parking is next to Prestwich tram station.Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly menu options.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor access and seating. No steps to access.

I will never visit this particular costa again. The chairs outside were full of bird droppings, the tables hadn't been cleared, inside wasn't much better. The staff were miserable and the whole place needed a good clean. I felt sorry for the staff. I have written a letter and sent pictures to head office, I'm still waiting for a response. If health and safety were to visit, I'm sure they would close it down for a thorough clean.
