Sign up saying they support Macmillan coffee morning but when you ask the staff they have no idea about it. Ordered a flat white and it came in the largest coffee mug. In future I will go to the nice coffee shop in the centre of the Arndale that is a community project, and they know how to make more than one type of coffee.

For a Costa I found this very poor tables unclean considering it wasn't busy 3 staff members that I can see , me and my wife left our food as the place just seemed dirty overall not costs usual standard ?

The manager is very rude, she and the waiter, Marcelo, today the manager kicked me out of the cafe in the morning, and I asked for a security only because we bought a pie from another place, and the problem is that the pastry wrapper does not bear any company name. I have been a customer since 2016 in this branch and I always receive good service, but this manager is very, very rude and the funny thing about The manager said, get out of the cafe that I own on the basis that I am the owner of the cafe, and she uttered words that are not suitable for her to be a manager or represent a costa coffee.All staff lazy they don't care for the quee how much busy .really I'm surprised with this service I know they don't care about customers if they come back because they just worked not owners.
