Not a bad place at all really I don't like Coffee!!, but the Wife does, Decaff as well, they actually do some nice teas, and lovely cakes as well, all in all a decent place to go to drink and eat..

Came into the cafe late last night and was greeted by 2 friendly men, they had no problem finding if they had a specific syrup i liked and also were so happy to help when my phone died. The one wearing a rainbow lanyard was in such a good mood that it infectious and made this visit the highlight of my evening!?

Hot chocolate which I ordered was lukewarm, I’ve ordered from other Costa and they have been good but this one was the worst. I would have told them to make another one but they close in 15 mins and they look like they are in a rush, also I wanted to make you aware that they do not accept blue light discount which was also disappointing.

The store looks lovely especially after the recent refurbishment. Danny served us tonight and he was working alone behind the counter but his service was spot on even with a little que he managed it well. Ever better yet I have to say not Costa compares to the quality of the drinks and service

Rudest workers ever. Please don’t come here. Apparently every area was closed for seating three people people. The workers here did not look bothered or as if they wanted to help. Definitely not a service with a smile.

Used to be a lovely coffee shop. Told no cups only paper cups, dishwasher broke. No plates obviously neither. No toilets as out of order?♂️
