When we arrived to place our order at the store we were seen by a young girl who didn’t really seem to know what she was doing, she was not aware of the offers available, fair enough this happens, this was not done deliberately but we was charged twice for a garlic bread, when I raised this issue we were told we don’t deal with it in store a woman will ring you tomorrow to arrange a refund. We Left our information and thought no more of it. A week came and went so I again arrived at the store and asked to speak to the manager who had previously dealt with us, he was not on shift I explained the situation to the manager working that shift he again asked me to leave my number and a brief outline of what had happened and again assured I would be contacted, I witnessed him take a photo of the piece of paper I had written on I presume to send to the other manager. Yet here we are almost 6 weeks down the line and no refund no call no nothing! With times being as hard as they are for family’s and me having to save to treat mine I am disgusted at the lack of customer care at this branch! I work in hospitality and understand and am sympathetic to mistakes being made but when no one even attempts to rectify them then I believe that you are in the wrong job being in the “service industry” the food from here I have to say is always hot and lovely, the management team on the other hand could do with some more customer training. Could someone please contact me back to arrange me finally receiving my refund thank you!

Ordered online for delivery with the delivery being 22-34mins!! 50mins passed (according to the tracker the food had been sat in quality check for 20mins) so I called the store. Gentleman said it was on its way!! Food arrived 5 minutes later cold!!! Not good enough!! Called up and told me they’ve give me a large pizza next time I order!! Not good enough!! This is the pizza I’ve waited for since 10:39pm!! And no I don’t wNt another bringing at nearly midnight. Delivery driver came bk to collect and it and said it was no problem it was cold!!! Great service!!

Not much to do with pizza but one of your workers, (I'm really sorry I forgot his name) just did the biggest favour for me. I hopped off the bus at cosmo bingo realising my phone has fallen out of my pocket I went into the closest shop being dominos to ask to use the phone. He handed me the work phone without hesitation, it was just ringing though he asked how long was it since I got off the bus I said 2 seconds. So he took his apron off and drove me to trafford centre bus station, luckily somone had handed it in. Honestly he's an absolute credit to your company ? I couldn't thank him enough, he deserves an award. I'm so sorry for forgetting your name but I'm sure you know who you are

Imagine having 4 children under the age of 4 one who isn’t able to walk and because I live in a flat they can not enter the property due their policies.They told me that if I was disabled and lived in a flat they would not deliver my food.From such a big company how disgusting

Order of our phone and Picked it up took maybe 15 mins which was great -our half and half was absolutely perfect, we have never had such amazing pizza, it was hot, it was delicious, it was quick, it was fresh it was overall amazing! Not the first or second time we’ve ordered from Eccles Liverpool Road but this time it was the ultimate best. Thanks to the staff working on Friday 16th, at around 6-6:30pm, we wanted to give a review , didn’t know how else other than here. Thanks guys you’ll be seeing us again soon! Thanks for your work! Next time will catch your names and give you a proper shout out!

I placed an order at 12 and was told its a 35 mins wait. When I called at 1pm, was told it would be another hour. Instead of helping, he just said I can cancel your order. So the order was cancelled.

Completely burnt pizza no one should put a pizza in a box like that and send it out, I am absolutely disgusted at place as big as domino's can send a pizza like that
