Food sat at the store for 30 minutes waiting for a driver last night. Food arrived cold and they didn’t put that plastic protector in so all the toppings had come off.The pizza’s also were right size when they did the stuff crust. They came the size smaller.Papa johns in future it is.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering from here. Just like another person has said in the reviews, I also got food poisoning from this Dominos. I woke up at 1am with bad stomach cramps and had diarrhoea. You clearly need new staff and a new manager. People who actually care about food and hospitality. If you look at the reviews you can see people are getting sick and are getting shocking service and the wrong pizzas. it wouldn’t surprise me if hygiene wasn’t being taken seriously, as the people working here clearly hate their job. How can I get such bad stomach pain and sickness off a pizza with no meat on it!? People mustn’t be washing their hands. It really isn’t hard to read an order and make pizzas is it? I work hard to afford a takeaway, so it’s a joke when things like this happen and now I’ve had to take the day off work. That’s more money out of my pocket.

AVOID AT ALL COST!NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!POOR QUALITY!POOR DELIVERY!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!So last Saturday me and my partner ordered the deal 2 medium pizzas and 2 sides, we phoned them to ask to have our pizzas well done. When the pizza arrived it was only half the delivery and I was told I would get the other half of the order with a seperate driver. Eventually my pizza turned up. It looked and tasted like it hadn't been in the oven more than 10 seconds and the fries were stone cold and rock hard frozen in the middle. So I rang up to complain and was told I would get a replacement. So 20 minutes later. I recieve my replacement which was the wrong pizza it had ham and sweetcorn on it and was also undercooked. So I rang again and was told my replacement is on its way. Another 10-15 minutes another raw undercooked Pizza arrived. I rang and told them forget it I want a refund. I was put on the phone to a manager who could barely speak English who agreed to give me a refund and hung up on me. The next day I had bad stomach pains from only eating 2 slices! I didn't receive my refund so I got on to customer services which said it could take up to 3-5 working days and a representative from the franchise group will be in touch neither of these happened so I complained again to chase it up only to be told the same thing. This is such a joke! Don't go Dominoes instead support your local family ran businesses instead or even a frozen Chicago Town pizza is better than what they serve lesson learnt. ????☠️

Ordered a pizza tonight, turned up and the order is wrong (garlic crust, when I hate garlic, and half of the pizza has the wrong toppings, sweetcorn when I hate sweetcorn), plus the fries were cold.The lady I spoke to, Valentina, was rude and very unprofessional, I asked if they could put the order through again, I also asked if I could have something else instead of the fries as my first lot was cold and this seemed to be a problem, so I told them to forget it and to issue me a refund, and then she got even ruder. From a customer service standpoint, you would think they would bend over backwards to resolve their errors as I have a pizza that is completely inedible (the whole base has garlic on it, I can’t eat it) and cold fries, instead I just got to speak to someone with a bad attitude who was very unhelpful, did not apologise and simply couldn’t care less. Absolutely terrible customer service.This is not the first time this Domino’s has got our order wrong and been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional is resolving the issue. I will never order from this Domino’s again and will be recommending others don’t either.Whether I get my refund or not is another matter, but I’ll be chasing it down if I don’t get it within the next few days.

Very expensive £5.99 for a very small portion of cheesy wedges and £7.99 for a small pizza. Tasted nice. Only went there because the Chinese takeaway next door was closed. Should've gone to the all night garage and got a couple of pasties!
After an initial mixup regarding an order I was contacted by the store manager, Peroz. He was very polite and was quick to resolve the issue and was very helpful, great service :)

Absolute disgrace. Ordered 13 items for Christmas eve treat only 7 items arrived and 3 of them were wrong. Rang straight away to rectify and all seemed good. After an extra hour and nobody wanting to eat anymore rang back for a refund on missing items and was told 'not a chance' and told his driver who was stood next to him 'don't bother taking that order their not having it and he isn't getting a refund either'..Really rude and unprofessional from the so called manager. I will be telling people in the local area to boycott this place at all costs! Thank you Heaton Chapel dominoes for ruining our Christmas eve!
