Good overall experience from ordering to collection. ??I like the fact this place wasn’t too cramped and busy and they only now accept Cashless payments. However there is no seating area while you’re waiting for your order.

I have ordered from this store for over ten years. I ordered margarita and pepperoni pizzas and two orders of potato wedges. The wedges were great as usual, but the pizzas were overcooked, very dry, the cheese was blackened on top like it was burnt and there was very little sauce on both pizza. The pizza had also arrived fairly cold, but I didn't mention this on the phone because this doesn't bother me much.I tried to convince myself the pizza wasn't that bad because I was really hungry, but I couldn't even make it half way through. I spoke to my mum and she had the same issues.I rarely ever complain or leave reviews, but because I was a regular customer and normally the quality of food was much better, I wanted to the let store know that something wasn't right. When I called the store the man who I spoke to did not very interested or like he cared about the call. I explained the issue and he said that the drivers were busy and the pizzas could sit for a long time because they made multiple orders. I felt as if he did not understand as my main problem was more that the pizzas were dry and overcooked with blackened cheese rather than an issue with delivery. The man said he would remake the order and send it out, but neither my mother or I wanted more food especially when he didn't seem bothered about the quality or address the problems I had with the pizzas being over cooked. He didn't seem to understand that we did not want the food remaking and sending out.My mum was on the phone with me and asked for a refund on one of the pizzas because between the two of us we'd ate roughly one full pizza and had a whole pizza that we wouldn't eat. She said the sides were fine and she was happy to pay for the sides as we had ate them. The man said he needed the full order back from us and my mum said that the wedges were fine, we did not have an issue with those so we did not want a refund on them or to return them. The guy said that he couldn't do anything without the full order back, my mum explained that it wasn't possible as we'd already eaten all the potato wedges because they were fine and we were hungry.I did not think that the man on the phone seemed to understand this as he repeated that he would need the full order back. My mum was not happy with this and began to complain more, however after a long day of work I am tired and cannot be bothered with the hassle it'd take to give the food back (especially as we don't drive and the store is far away). My mum was unhappy but I told her that I don't care about getting the refund especially if it was going to be a lot of hassle and I just wanted them to know that there was a problem with the quality of the food. The man commented about two people talking at once and said that he was not following us, so I apologised and repeated that I did not care about the refund and I just wanted to let them know that the quality of the food wasn't up to their usual standard and that they might want to keep and eye on things to make sure that everything is okay. There was a pause after I finished speaking, and then the guy said what? I realised that he had not been listening to me the entire time. This was incredibly frustrating to me, and I thought it was quite unprofessional. I did not respond to him and instead passed the phone to my mother and asked if she could explain. My mother repeated what I had said before about not wanting a refund and just wanting to let them know about the bad quality. The guy honestly sounded like he did not care or want to deal with us, he said that he would check things but I have very little confidence that he would check or that the quality would improve. This whole experience has been super disappointing. I will probably avoid ordering from this dominos again in the future. I don't recommend anyone order from this particular dominos.

Food is good better when you collect yourself. Some staff do need to be trained on what double sauce means on an order.Lately, I have been trying a variety of pizzas on offer and have yet to have a bad 1.I recommend the chicken strips or kickers as a side or with wedges as a main meal.Parking: Can get busy with delivery drivers coming and going around peak times otherwise parking is no issue.

Where do i begin with my order... well first thing i can say is the pizza was undercooked provided by photo i will provide took 2 slice eat 2 after realising this will give me the bad guts not first time i had bad guts from this place. The cheese looking under cooked the dough was flimsy and the pizza when taking a slice broken in half. Second is i rang the store up to see if i can get a replacement as i stated i have a photo to prove how pizza looks but they wanted the pizza back which i throw into the wheely bin. Im shooked way this store is run hygiene wise idk what to say if im getting gut pain after eating here few times.

the lady claiming to be a manager at the approximate time of 8.52pm has not correctly refunded my funds in regards to the poor state of food that was delivered last sunday, I have only just checked my return of funds and seen the £12.99 instead of £20 I had asked kindly asked for her name in which she was dishonest and said if I was listening she said her name at the beginning of the call in which she did not, her mannerism was very disrespectful and manipulative she had then chose to terminate the call once challeng on my refund and her mannerism.⚠️⚠️Do not order from dominoes Openshaw!⚠️⚠️lady ill get your name and make sure you are replaced from your position very rapidly, sleep on that?⚠️⚠️The call placed was recorded and will sent to hrad office as I now have the number that you refused to give me⚠️

Great tasting pizza always

Matthew

The pizzas took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive, were over 30 minutes late and cold on arrival. When your entire business is centred on the delivery of pizza, it's not really excusable.

Placed an order. It was out for delivery for 40 minutes. Arrived cold. The Pizza delivered previously was cut into weird pieces. Domino's in other parts of Manchester are great but for some reason this branch is very badly managed and has poor quality control. If I was in charge, I'd close this branch to avoid the disservice it does to the brand.
