Couldn’t be worse turned up with someone else order said wait a the door while they rang the shop and drove off , I rang the manager who said he would ring back , 20min and no call so I rang back spoke to a female manager since there 4 manager on shift who said it was out for delivery I asked if it was fresh or the one what had been in a car for over a hour she said it was fine either way but couldn’t confirm I asked her to confirm with the other manager who said it was the old cold order and then I had to ask for them to do it fresh to which she sounded disgusted

Fantastic outlet. Staff does listen to the customers unlike other outlets. Food was top notch. There's no dining place I guess. Always did take away orders only. All ingredients felt fresh and amazing. This is my fav place when theres nothing interesting at home. Highly

Used their 50% of pizzas if you spend over £30 offer. Pizzas were underwhelming. There was hardly any sauce, barely enough cheese to cover the ingredients and worst of all the onions and mushrooms were raw. 50% really does mean that!

Called in today to order a medium margarita but then she refused cash so I walked out and they lost a £7.99 purchase - I don't think I'll bother with any dominos pizza anymore if they are going to force this cashless policy.

Gave me the wrong order and would only refund if I bought back to the store, refused to send a replacement and refused to refund me unless returned.The manager linekar seems to have some issues understanding complaints, so have complained directly to dominos head office, and have disputed with the bank. Last time I come here.

Absolutley diabolical service! Called to tell them i had missing items which we paid (took 10 minutes from him to understand what i was talking about) said they would be with me in 15-20 minutes… 50 minutes passed still no missing items called them back and they said ive not rang!!!! livid!! will not be ordering again and would not recommend EVER! if i could have given 0 stars i would of!
Not good, background noise on phone ridiculous, resulting in incorrect order being received. Not a good experience.

Sent me a burnt pizza that had fallen to bits. Still waiting on a refund even though they collected the pizza within 5 minutes of me complaining. Terrible customer service and the food I wouldn’t give to my dog and my dog eats stale bread on the park
