He didn't repeat my order as is usual with burger places.I have no idea why 5guys is so raved about. I've made burgers myself that taste far better. What is all the hype? And why wrap then in foil? That just makes the bun soggy - and soggy it was as mine sat in the bag for 10 mins in top of the fryers. It was freezing. Temp was -3.Cold and hungry!! We ordered and couldn't wait to dig in some hot melted cheese burgers. Sadly, the burgers were cold, and cheese was nowhere close to melted. Fries were cold, too.

You guys are not serious, I ordered today on just eat around 17:46pm, you accepted and said it would arrive by 18:50. You then change it to 19:10 and my food was not even being repaired I was still at thanks for your order. I called 8 times the lines were busy during all those calls.Then at 19:49 you sent a text saying my order has been cancelled, why accept it if you know you cannot fulfill the order? Why keep a customer waiting way past estimated delivery time + 10 minutes past that time only to cancel it. Just nonsense and like a fool waited hungry.Never again, anyone ordering just go straight to the actually shop so you are not messed around don’t order online.

Second time I’ve been here first time service was quick and second time wasn’t me and my mate ordered at same time and hers came 15 mins before mine did and we ordered at the same, food was great but bad service clearly need more staff
