Sent wrong order. I’m allergic to cheese. I called and was greeted with a rude young girl. She said contact Uber. Uber give me a refund for half the price of the burger. I call five guys again and I ask the girl if I can speak to a manager. She says to a man next to her ‘he want to speak to the manager’ the man says ‘tell him your a supervisor’ she then keeps saying ‘nothing physically I can do’ over and over again until she puts the phone down. I recorded the whole thing. This is unacceptable. I’m left with a burger I can’t eat and lost half my money. Five guys has turned into a joke. Just kids working there and they don’t care about service or customers.

My first time here. Great service, very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. The burgers were so tasty and the chips were divine. I made the mistake of ordering the larger chips for myself and my son, way too much, only needed the small portion. Quite pricey but if you can afford it, well worth a try.

The manger at this place is a joke Lewis after ordering a burger no cheese on comes with cheese all over it not a slice parts of cheese doesn’t apologise and says your aggressive because they are wrong and will not let you speak constantly over speaking shocking
