Absolutely awful food from start to finish. Everything was so greasy, tasting, even the soup! The prawn crackers tasted of fat, and the sweet chilli dip was awful. The starters were cheap quality. The steak was fatty. The rice even tasted greasy. Had the set meal at £36 each. No draught beer either. It's one of the worst meals that we have ever had. First and last time. The waiters were not the best either.

Had several take aways from Fortune Palace but this was our first 'eat in'. Superb! Really enjoyed our food. Excellent quality, generous portion sizes and reasonably priced. Service is fine, friendly, polite and unobtrusive, just what we'd want and expect from a small, local restaurant. It was great to see it busy and Fortune Palace on a Thursday evening may just become a regular thing for us.

Fantastic food and the staff are fantastic also.Try the chicken and steak in teriyaki on a hot plate you cannot beat this dish

This place should be avoided if you can I was with wife the tall skinny owner is the most arragont obnoxious person I have ever encountered he is doing you a favour talking to you so he thinks plus he is in need of a hose now for the bad points does not matter what you order all tastes of the plastic tubs it’s been sat in the kitchen before they microwave the meat of all the dishes we had was over nuked hard and crispy rice is dry and noodles are mixed from chow mein to thin Japanese you would honestly get better food at your local North Korean waste site all cheap no substance and the only fortune is his after you paid

We've had takeaway from here many times but decided to eat in last week. The food was even better at its so fresh! The staff are so lovely too. Can't wait to go back in.
