Came in for a meal after a trip to trafford Centre. Really fast service, nice food, decent prices.Kids meals are a very generous size, even the smaller bites!Love that they gave kids colouring sets and also really liked that steak was on the kids menu, I’ve got a 5 year old who is a huge fan of steak but normally can’t order it as a child.Only thing I didn’t like was the strawberry and lime ice cream cake because it tasted like a frozen cheesecake but that’s down to personal preference.

Really good food, exceptionally poor staff. We came for my daughters 11 birthday and had a bad experience. having worked in the restaurant industry my self, I understand that it can be long hours and hard work, but 30 minutes after the doors open and with almost no one else in the place, you should greet customers with a welcoming attitude, after all, no customers mean no wages. The rude attitude of the young lady designated to serve us was terrible. If you don't want to be there, then quit. The manager pretty much had the same attitude as our server. Its a shame so many Frankie & benny's are closing their doors for good but with staff like the ones here, I'm not surprised.

This place is just managing to stay alive!Decent beer the staff are always extremely helpful and they have amazing vegan options what more could you want!I'll keep returning for a week night pub tea.

We ate here for a quick lunch (1pm) after doing some shopping Monday. Was very quiet. Food was served prompt. Potato skin was a little undercooked. (Powdery consistency) but rest of food was fine. Best of all was our server. She was the loveliest human being I've ever met. Was in Manchester City Saturday and staff elsewhere could do with being more like this lady. Please pass my message on. She was just wonderful.

Every time I go to the Trafford centre I find it really busy so don’t want to be somewhere loud and rushed, so I nip outside where you can find Frankie & bennies, it’s lovely and quiet, great for a catch up where you can talk, the waitress today Lucyna was so lovely, she was friendly, professional, advised and couldn’t do enough to help us, we will definitely be going back, thank you Lucyna & team

Visited last nite as stayed at premier inn round corner. Just me & my 2 boys. Excellent service from a lovely lady and food was excellent. The kids loved it. Lovely clean restaurant. Happy kids happy mam thank you

The service was great, the waitress was very friendly and good with our children. However the food has gone dramatically downhill, very expensive pub food. The corridor leading up to the toilets smelt like damp and mould and I don't think they'd been cleaned all day.
I ordered meals for my family today the food was a poor quality and not in joy able we were made to feel uneasy

Went to frankie and bennys tonight at the Trafford Center and had a wicked time. The staff were so polite and friendly. Our food came in no time at all and was cooked to perfection. They do good portions as well. I will definitely be going back there. I highly recommend you check the place out. I’m sure you will be pleasantly surprised x

We decided to stop here for dinner when travelling home from the Lake District. The restaurant is positioned just outside the main food area of the Trafford centre. From start to finish the lady serving our table was friendly and efficient, all of our food was nicely presented and tasty and delivered in a reasonable time. As it was my birthday a week or so before I had a voucher for a free main course which was applied to the cheapest main course, thankfully they didn’t play the Happy Birthday music for me! A good example of a Frankie & Bennys working well!

Went on a Sunday evening. Lovely and quiet. Great service. Friendly and professional. We both had 2 cocktails which were excellent, bubblegum daiquiri and whiskey sour (photograph). The food was top notch. We use to regularly visit the branch in Altrincham but it closed. However we were so happy with the good and service here we will be back even though it's a bit further afield
