If you need the manager don’t bother, he was being so rude to me and friends as one of his workers had made an mistake which she had apologised for which we appreciated, but the manager was so full of himself and stubborn. If you need help don’t ask for the manager!

Never realised Grand Pacific did Sunday roast till a friend told us. So we gave it a try.Great staff as always, really nice Sunday roast. Would highly recommend.Was put off going to be fair, as the last 2 or 3 times the food during week and on a Sarurday was very disappointing.

Came here for high tea service for my birthday at the start of the month. was such a lovely experience, couldn’t fault the food or the atmosphere of the place :)) spoke with manager chloe, who was so helpful and caring to detail. she recommended us places to visit while we were in manchester couldn’t fault her service at all!!:))

The service received this afternoon was unsatisfactory, as waiter Andre displayed rudeness and abruptness while serving food in an aggressive manner. Our request to change waiters was met with poor service from manager Chloe, who also demonstrated inappropriate behaviour with racial undertones. This is proven by their positive interactions with other customers of Caucasian heritage contrast to myself and my partner who were the only British Africans in the restaurant at the time. I observed Andre spending and having a long conversation with a table but would not even wait one second to allow us to ask questions.This establishment's mistreatment of us resulted in a negative dining experience, which is quite triggering and traumatic. As paying customers we felt very intimidated, belittled and were unable to finish the full dining experience we had ordered. If I could give 0 star would have!

I accompanied my best friend to celebrate her birthday in this restaurant and got bad experience.Firstly, we bring our cake and the front desk told us it will be charged 15 pounds if we wanna have our own cake. Later, when we asked the waitress again, she told us it cuz we won’t order dessert if we took own cake and finally charged 5 pounds. Although I don’t think we got nice service, we had to pay service fee.It should be a beautiful and happy day, but it brought a bad experience. Won’t recommend.
I want to celebrate my birthday in this restaurant and bring my own cake, but the front desk told me that if I want to eat my own cake, I need to pay them extra 15 pounds. Later, I asked the waitress, and she said that it may be because if we bring the cake, we will not order their dessert, so they will have to charge extra. But I finally got the right to eat my own cake for £5. And they did not give birthday desserts, I think as any restaurant will give corresponding blessings to the birthday people, but this restaurant only considers how to make money, really brought me a very bad experience.

Great food with logical prices and lovely staff. Plenty wine choices, cosy and vibrant atmosphere. The building is amazing. I loved it because they had different choices on the menu that you can choose for a child also. Thanx to Luke for always looking after us. we had high tea for two £66. 38 atmosphere very nice and quiet. very clean . staff very nice . however not impressed with the quality of the food. scones were burnt . trifle felt very gummy and stale. even the tower presentation felt very basic and lacklustre! sorry ?

Afternoon Tea was delicious. Staff very welcoming and attentive. The building/decor is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: Not sure about the main menu but we both had a vegetarian High Tea. My friend isn't vegetarian but fancied that option and enjoyed also.
