\\\"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE\\\"\\n\\nI love Greggs and always have breakfast like 3 times a week and I have no problem with my order at all.\\n\\nFirst time in newly opened in Market St, I was nice when ordering and receiving my breakfast. I know there was a misunderstanding, the staff gave me the wrong order and I returned it then ordered again. Thank you for the lady cashier who shouted at me early morning and you need a better customer service.

Moody staff who look like they don’t wanna be there slammed my bacon roll on the counter. Think they need to learn customer skills.

I went into Greggs on Piccadilly Gardens, the address is the 7A Piccadilly not the other one, on Saturday the 25th June 2022, around 6/7 o'clock in the evening after me and my son had been to Salford Pride during the day. My son is 2 years old and was begging me for milk that I didn't have, so I saw the Greggs and decided to go in and grab a little bottle of milk, hoping they had some designed for babies like McDonald's. When I got there I looked in the cabinet and couldn't see any so I asked at the counter if they sell any little bottles of milk and the boy behind the counter said no, I was flustered because my son had been asking for milk for the past half an hour on the bus so I said well could I get some milk in a coffee cup? The boy, who couldn't have been older than 22, behind the counter said nah we don't do that. I said I would pay whatever he asked I just really needed to get him some milk. He exchanged smarmy looks with the other boy working and shrugged and said dunno mate try Morrisons. I felt humiliated in addition to being stressed because of my son just needing a little bit of milk in a cup, I would have paid literally anything for him to have just got one of those bottles of milk that were standing RIGHT BEHIND him and pour a little bit into a cup to give to my son. But instead I was met with an unkind, unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude. I couldn't believe it. I ordered a vegan sausage roll and left. I wish I hadn't spent any money at all because of how disrespectful he was towards us. I don't know whether it was because we had just come from a pride event so we had pride flags on us or whether he is generally an awful person to people with children, but it was that bad of an experience I haven't stopped thinking of it since. How hard would it have been for him to just pour half a coffee cups worth of milk into a cup and charged me £1 or £1.50 or whatever he felt right? I am so frustrated, I feel like Greggs is meant to be a warm, family welcoming place but I just felt like a fool for going there.

This one is facing the bus station in Stockport just next to an entrance to the Mersey shopping centre. It's a typical Gregg's and has all the usual displays and set up. It was clean and the staff were friendly, it wasn't packed and I was served quite quickly. I had a chicken bake and a coffee. The pasty was fresh and hot and the coffee was nice, everything was there, sugar, milk and a spoon etc. There's a bench out at the front and I enjoyed the food whilst sitting in the sun.
