Food is consistently freezing cold at this branch, regardless of what time in the morning or afternoon I go. Out of the past 20 occasions I've visited I've probably had a warm pasty on 2 occasions, the rest were ice cold.

Last time I went in I left before buying anything due to the queue not moving. Today, I decided to see how long it would take. Over 10 minutes queuing for a sandwich. This place just clearly needs more staff.

I went and sat in Greg'gs with a cappuccino and a hot sandwich , while my son was next door sorting a mortgage out . I don't like going in food places alone , but it's relaxed here and pleasant . The food and coffee were lovely , so I ordered another coffee while still waiting g for son . Somehow thr payment didn't go through so I did it again and it didn't work , yes there was mon ey in the bank lol . Anyway thr lovely ladybehind the till let me have my coffee and 2 jammie biscuits for free . She is lovely even.eithout the freebie.
