Greggs is Greggs. But when it’s not suffering a power outage, and is open, not exactly the friendliest service / many smiles behind the counter. But it is what it is.

Excellent for the price

Staff are unhelpful and ignorant.

Brutal Tooth

Breakfast options are often difficult. No egg. Everything else is great, and staff are really friendly.

Ordered and paid for tea to then realise that they have no sugar, ridiculous. Should let customers know when ordering before payment or I wouldn’t of purchased. Waste of tea, water, cup and lid

Got food poisoning from this place, feel dreadful. Never again

Darren Smith

Nice girls in here helpful and polite

All the reviews are saying how fantastic the staff are. I found them rude, Jane was really rude to the customers then she went on to slag them off to a colleague while in stood waiting to be served. When she did acknowledge me she didn't look up from the till screen. Just put her hand out for the money. Not a pleasant experience. Greggs deansgate from now on

The staff are always friendly. It is very popular for people coming for breakfast or lunch so there can be a queue. You can use the app to order and collect, meaning you skip the queue
