Purchased a magic bag on the map and on entering the store to collect, I heard a staff member sat here come the vultures for their bags!!! Definitely needs some customer service training! Never have I been spoken to or about in this manner. I pulled him up on this and he tried to deny it and wouldn’t even look at me or apologise. I will never go back in this store!

Bad customer service from one Annette snelson the other girls felt they needed to apologise as she helped her self and left the queue waiting for food at peak times 9am I needed to get to work wasn’t impressed at all

A small gregs situated on the small retail park along side aldi, iceland and home bargains. The staff are always efficient and quick at serving which is always a bonus. It can get busy at peak times , but dont they all. There are a few tables to eat in store and a few usually outside. There is ample free parking on site

I went at 10.50 there was no que but told no breakfast left .? so asked for sausage rolls and guess what ..didn't have any..waste off space..

Our 3 year old lives a chicken bake so this is becoming a frequent treat. Its surprisingly nice - the toasted baguette sandwiches are nice and you can always throw a cream cake in!
