Get rid of this casino.f..they said 89%of pay out to winners. F.. to be honest it is only 30% .Some time i am so annoying that when I concentrated to paying the slot,I really don't know why their staff (with laptops in had )always checking the player status. F why ? They just treat us a criminal.

Myself and 5 other friends who are Grosvenor members attempted to enter the casino. We were rudely and aggressively told to wait outside. Then when it was our turn we were rudely and aggressively demanded to enter, 2x2. We ultimately declined. Learn some manners. Will always be Leeds double GUKPT Champ 2018 xxx

One of the best unexpected places to visit for a day/night out. Sign up for new members you get a free drink and a free ten pound bet. Lovely facilities very clean and spacious. Staff more than happy to help I asked them many questions and all happy to be there and answer. Soft drinks are FREE and they serve food from 6pm to midnight.Range of electronic slots and 3 tables. Roulette, blackjack and poker.

Nice casino was a bit quiet the staff explained that since Covid the numbers and had not improved - the interior could do with some tlc as it’s looking a little tired and worn staff were friendly nice little smoking terrace and it also has individual poker room and dining area
