TOTALLY DISCUSSED. Placed a order to take away when it opened at 3.30pm and was the first to be served. We had to wait for the food to me made, while waiting we noticed The seats, tables and floor still had food left from the day before. The food was disgusting andinedibleto eat. The food and shop that is advised on the website is nothing like what you see and get. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Ordered via the website at 7.30, order still not here at 9.12pm. phoned up to be told that the order should not have been accepted and they will "try" and process a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking this further. No communication until we rang. Terrible!

Ordered via deliveroo, order has apparently been delivered but it hasn’t arrived. Deliveroo cannot contact the takeaway or driver, and neither can I! £20+ order disappeared!

Milkshakes from here are absolutely gorgeous. So thick and tasty.
It took 2 hours 50minutes to come 12ockock at night who on earth wants dessert at that timeI wouldnt even mind it was a shake and some nachos surely it cant take that long to make what a joke having to wait up for that long would not order from here again !Phoned up and the girl on the other side said she was busy tonight so many dont keep accepting orders of they wont get for filled

Went there after hearing such good stuff about the place. Was left a bit disappointed, waffles werent even warm, not the best tasting ones and quite pricey. Dont think i will be going back. ?

Crepes taking awful! Covered in fruit when specifically asked for no fruit! Waffles have gone tiny!! And they’re like a pale white colour!! Didn’t have half of the toppings they advertised!

Their ice cream is to die for. So creamy and smooth. But staff are fab! Aways got a smile. Everything is made to order and made fresh. And service is always super quick too. Great for both little kids and us big kids ??

We had my 12 year old daughters party here today and it was fantastic!! The room was decorated with sweets and balloons which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. The service was exceptional. Taryn served us and the kitchen staff were so accommodating. The doughnuts and waffles were delicious!! We would definitely recommend and come again. Thank you Hally Moos!!
