We visit The Heaton Park regularly and we are always impressed by how good the service is. All the staff are excellent but 2 stand out by far ams that is Abby and James who are always efficient and friendly

Breakfast eat all you want but was rushed couldn't even get cup tea or coffee or toast marmalade didn't have enough time would not go again keep to toby in future also had to wait 10 mins for food to be cooked surely that was our time

We were here on Boxing Day for a family breakfast as we had done so for Mother's Day and it was great then. Unfortunately our experience was not so great this time. We booked our time slot and the website said we had one hour to eat our breakfast. We got there on time and were told that the cold buffet closes in five minutes and that hot food was served separately to order. They had ran out of several items such as bread and juice and we were rushed to get our cold food. All I wanted was scrambled egg on toast but toast was cold by then so I couldn't eat the toast and egg together. They need to update the website so that it's clear what time you can get food until. We did complain as there were a couple of other issues, but the food that we did have was well cooked and good quality
Well I definitely won't be going anywhere near for Christmas dinner again. £64.99 per person and a total let downI chose the scallops and king prawn starter, the prawns were extremely overcooked and chewy, hard to separate from the shell and not served with anything but garlic butter. Turkey dinner was a let down with watery gravy, stuffing ball was dry, chewy and hollow on the inside. The yorkshire pudding was ok, and the roast potatoes were nice. Dessert of apple pie smelt burnt but wasn't black so I assume it was in an oven with something that was. One hour to be served one drink and a starter so the time slots were badly calculated. Never again.

Went today Christmas dinner omg it was terrible worse food ever terrible service the chef needs sacking it was worse dinner ever had ruined Christmas paid fortune the starter was Heinz soup the Christmas dinner was cold bland auntie Bessie’s crap the fillet dog they served disgrace on bed of sloppy spinach they need shutting down serving food at Christmas time it was disgusting I’m shocked appalled worse meal we’ve ever had the chefs want sacking cheap crappy food the staff are young kids not there fault management need to get a grip ripping people of at Christmas serving such shocking food

I had Christmas dinner at this resturaunt today and this deserves to be shut down we told we would have fillet steak which was 100% not no veg and two potatoes as a Christmas dinner didn’t even eat the steak we took it home for our dog to eat. Ordered drinks that didn’t arrive until after our starter we reminded them as they forgot they took our drinks order. Sack your chefs because you’ve ruined our Christmas enough said.oh and we also seen sauce being squirted out of a packet onto the Christmas dinners as we was sat near the food counter. 100% not chefs or a resturaunt to charge 60 odd pound for a awful dinner your a disgrace

Amazing Christmas dinner, 20 mins late, which is nothing, food cooked perfect. Staff amazing. I our meal was 2:45 . We was upstairs. Right at the top. My family witness numerous abuse to the staff, including a women throwing a stuffing ball at a young waitress, !!! The manager spoke to the people, don’t know what was said , but as a company, you need and address this issue.
