The staff at this store is very impolite and stares at you. Don’t have any smile at face. The only girl that was sweet and offered help too was a young girl, she was wearing glasses. Other than her, the White girl (sorry don’t know the name) served me and she was very judgemental and rude. Will go to another HC store in town for the next time.Also the lights are way too dim in this store, perhaps make the lighting better so the customer can see your products in proper lights.

My sister is allergic to gluten, obviously not by choice. We asked a man working what chocolates were gluten free. After scoffing he was incredibly rude, dismissive and advised "going to the 'free from' section at the local Aldi". Just completely uncalled for and unfair, left me reeling. I'd advise anyone with an allergy to steer clear from this branch.Visited around 2pm on the 12th of august.
