I come here for my friends birthday and it was a right laugh, we played a game, the staff sang happy birthday to my friend which was hilarious! The food was really nice and the cocktails were good too just slightly expensive. But overall was a good experience and I would definitely return.

I went to Karen's for the first time last December with my wife for a stand up comedy night. Which I thought was alright. But I decided to visit Karen's again this time for normal service with my friend on Saturday at 2pm.I enjoyed aspects of my second visit. But felt really underwhelmed overall. I thought this time around with it being normal service that there would be far more interaction from the staff. But most of the staff didn't even acknowledge or speak to me or my friend at all.Except for our server Erin who was nice enough with us considering lol. And was attentive. She was also good enough to have a photo with us. My food though the spicy burger was poor unfortunately. Although my friend liked his option of food.This is my opinion & experience anyway. We had more interaction off the kitchen staff in the end. After they started saying stuff to me & my friend.They had some fun with us but it was hard to banter back with them. The male chef in particular seemed to have it in for us.I think for anyone who goes they would be better off going in a group. The staff seemed to make alot more effort with bigger groups than they did smaller groups.

The 1 star service.... isn't really just 1 stars....as they advertise how bad it is as part of the experience... Enjoyable acting by the players and the interactive experience was enjoyable..Language is pretty coarse so don't attend of easily offended....Dreadful....(in a deliberately brilliant way...!)

Took my son today for his 11th birthday. We had a great time. The games were great and everyone at all the different tables enjoyed it and I felt really comfortable by the time we finished. Its fun! Although the service is 'terrible' - it's actually pretty great. Served quickly, attended to everything we needed and it was all a pretty slick operation. Well impressed. Great fun. My son absolutely loved it!?

Went for my daughters birthday as it was her choice. Had a really good time. Think they went easy on us as we looked like lambs to the slaughter. Thoroughly enjoyed watching how they treated us and everyone there and my daughter wants to go back. All staff were fab but especially Paul. Some great insults. Food came out super quick and was really tasty. Thanks guys hope to see you soon. Would totally recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish our faces hurt from laughing! Our server Amber was hilarious throwing menus at us and making us write down our down order. We took a 7 year old with us (short a*se) and he loved it our table got plenty of attention having him with us! Don’t go if you don’t have a sense of humour you go for the experience! Don’t be a Karen!

We attended Karen’s on Friday to celebrate a birthday… a little apprehensive as you can imagine after hearing stories and seeing videos.. well they didn’t disappoint.. rude.. obnoxious..facetious.. the server scary Mary aka Jody was extremely miserable and moody but I wouldn’t mind her number ? the host Amber was all of the above and more.. Very entertaining is an understatement as well as shocking behaviour…. Would I go again…ABSOLUTELY NOT .. would I recommend it.. HELL YES

I so apprehensive, but my 12 year old wanted to go for his birthday. There was 10 family and friends aged from 10-50 and we absolutely loved it. How the staff stay in character I don’t know !!! The food was really good, came out hot and quick it was also very busy. Thanks for entering me into the shittest outfit competition. They were Amazingly rude and funny and just abusive. Be prepared to be abused and have the best time. The children found it hilarious !! Thank you Karen’s diner Manchester, your staff are brilliant.

Absolutely hilarious from start to finish. We all got the p*ss taken out of us and laughed so much. We never go for meals with our teenage kids and them not be on their phones or get bored and want to get home. They didn't want to go home. All of us had the best time for my 42nd bday. Mica was ruthless and Madison had the best rbf I have ever seen and was a terrible waitress!! Not for the faint hearted. Food was great too. Defo worth a visit and want to come back with my mates very soon. Thank you ?
