Really poor service ☹️ kept waiting 35mins on a drive thru at 8pm because they hadn't anticipated how busy they would be. Was told I was waiting as they had to cook my order. When I got home (less than 5min drive) the order was cold, certainly wasn't freshly cooked and missing elements of the order. Tried calling numerous times but nobody picked up the phone so now I've posted this review ☹️

Nothing finger licking good about this place I called at the drive-through to get a bargain bucket for the kids on our journey. The fries were so greasy and cold they were un edible. I don’t know how long the chicken was on the hot plate but the batter was rockhard and the chicken extremely dry again not edible so we have to pull off at the next junction and get McDonald’s we definitely will not be going there again

Went here while in the area - everyone told me not to go here because of its reputation, but my tower burger meal was delicious.Service was a little slow but otherwise everything was great!!If you're local and had a bad experience in the past it's definitely worth giving it another try!!!

On a Sunday though the official timings are 11 am they don't open until 12pm. Non-friendly, unhelpful staff and KFC should take notice n bring the place up to standards like their other branches. Special mention, the bathroom in this facility was horrible, dirty. Would definitely not recommend going on a Sunday!

Shop should be open till 9:45 but staff closing doors at 9pm and you can’t have your food if not driving. So disappointing branch!!!
Denton have really upped their game in the last 12 month. Gone is the gobby girl with attitude on the serving desk and accurate order fulfilment. Dunno if it's under new management or that staff member just dragged down quality but the difference is tangible keep up the good work

Didn’t know chickens had 8 legs cause that’s what we got and 2 off them other sh@t bits no breast no nothing ordered the supercharger dip and got garlic mayo not much difference except ones yellow and the others white chips were cold and soggy just a sh@t experience won’t be ordering from there again

Went for tea as it was coming up to 7pm and needed a quick meal to take home. Couldn’t order on the app to get at drive thru…had my dog who is anxious when left so decided to go through the drive thru and order (big mistake!). I eventually got to the order window at 8pm (no way out, trapped in queue so no real option but to wait). I ordered boneless box and zinger tower burger meal with a couple of extras. At 8:20pm I tried to attract the attention of staff, no joy, they were walking past the window looking but didn’t seem to realise I wanted to ask a question. At almost 8:30 a girl came to window (with her handbag on shoulder) to say don’t film here (I was taking a selfie style pic of my dog with front camera). I asked how long my food would be and she said she didn’t know. We had an exchange which resulted in her closing the window trantrum style. The car behind me then started beeping it’s horn, which brought the server (who I have to say had been really polite) to the window. He immediately began his apology “I know your wait of over an hour has been frustrating”. I explained it wasn’t me beeping the horn but the car behind. As he was here though could he let me know how much longer my food would be. He apologised and said he was having to wait ages for the burger. I asked for a refund and he brought the manager who kindly did do a refund. I explained that I wasn’t happy at the accusatory tone from the girl and she said she would speak to her when she next in. Incidentally, I called at macdonalds on the way home and got chicken strips within 10 mins! Wish I’d just done that in the first place!!!! Cannot believe how long it took on a Friday night at peak time you would expect things to be ready and keep a rolling flow of items ready! Must say though apart from the rude girl both the staff were polite but the lack of updates on progress and people walking past the window ignoring you wasn’t helpful, nor was seeing everyone stood around chatting! Won’t be going there again and for your sanity would advise you not to bother!
