KFC app promo code and offers, been turned off deliberately so the general public have to pay full wack at weekends when they are most likely the busiest time of the week Friday and Saturday evenings and nights. 1st I have observed on Friday evenings and nights, also Saturday evenings and nights. That Several KFC outlets turn off mobile ordering, and to pick up in-store. I have seen this on the app for the past 6 weeks... KFC deliberately turns this off at busy times when people are most likely are to order. When They put these signs up saying they are not able to accept promo codes, but these only ever go out or up at really busy times, they never put them out at quiet times. When I asked a staff member about why this seemed to be a standard KFC business practice, the staff looked at each other and started to chuckle at me and did not say anything to me. I offered to pay for the items that I wanted to order but was refused and again the staff seemed to chuckle. PS: if any customer observes this post a review please.

We ordered a Wrap meal and chicken and chips. The wrap was partly frozen and oil oozed from the chicken which was raw in parts and swimming in sweet chilli sauce. The chips were cold and full of black areas...cheap frozen chips. The food was disgusting. We threw it in the bin and left as vowed we would never ever buy such vile food again.

Amazing shops and great food (to much choice took us a while to decide!!!) all the people are really friendly. We used to come once a month from Newcastle before the first lockdown. Deffo be getting that tradition up and running again! Fantastic day all round ?

Such a beautiful building housing a load of rubbish. Very disappointed how shocking the retail side is now and the food court is appalling, and don’t take cash! It was just like a large jumble sale. The parking is a free for all, dropped curbs blocked by irresponsible drivers, parked cars on double yellow lines making exiting out of the car park the correct way difficult. Such a shame I can remember when it wasn’t a shambles. ?

I have really bad anxiety especially when it comes to ordering but this lovely lady named Kaitlyn (blonde hair) was so kind and patient I felt so calm. She talked to us with such respect and I will definitely be coming here from now on!!\\nBig big thank you to her, not many people are like that!!!

I am writing to say that I had a mediocre experience Today. First, the food took ages because the mall food court was already busy to start with and then when I got my food, they were missing one thing off of it. Surprised they didn’t forget gravy. Very unhappy as at other kfc stores, it was always perfect until this visit today. Food was nice as usual but don’t recommend at this location. I suggest visiting another kfc if I was you.

Food was good i won't lie. However service was absolutely terrible, and this happens every single time I go there. Firstly, the machines stop working which then slows everything down and it is way too overcrowded. Secondly, after waiting for around 30 minutes to get my order, literally half of the food i ordered was missing. My order was messed up completely, so many sides were missing and so much chicken as well. After i realised, i went with my daughter to ask for the food we didn't get and the staff were terribly rude. Their attitude was appalling. I asked for the food i payed for and then they roll theirs eyes at me barely even listening to what i was saying. I mean if i was rude then okay, but i was understanding as it was very crowded so it must of been hard for them to get every order right under so much pressure and they STILL decided to be rude. Honestly next time i'll order from the kfc near my house, tastier and has MUCH better service.

Absolute discrace, went to kfc on Friday evening, staff were rude, there were about 5 staff stood talking and laughing whilst peoples food were sat there going cold. I asked for a krushem and I was told they stop at 9, however it was 9:02 and whilst we were waiting for our food, (which took 20 minutes, because they were all stood laughing together) they were serving krushems to other customers and also gave someone a free one right in front of me. Shocking.

No manager on site, 2 staff members taking orders and packing bags for over 16 customers. The big guy Lewis, wow how was he employed - the standards for kfc must be on the floor with who they hire? Lewis was called by staff to help, but he was prancing around, Starting orders, leaving them, playing on his phone near the queue, no gloves on, overcompensating big time! Feral behaviour. Standard KFC nonetheless.
