For a big fan of KFC I didn't like this KFC at all, if you want to eat there, there are only 4 tables, so you have to wait! Or share a table with other people, no tray if you eat there, you are served as imported, the chicken was very very dirty.Really to avoid,

used the Uber eats for delivery, this the second time I’ve used it now and once again they’ve had missing items, it wouldn’t be a problem if it’s items that are missed that aren’t paid extra for, but when I’m paying an extra £2.49 for a single fillet, and then a gravy, it ain’t right, tryna hold me from more chicken? Kmt do better brev before i bounce a tin of baked beans of the cooks

I can't give a minus star as I would. I came to the restaurant from out of town on 25/09/2023 at 18.29 and the service was very poor. The people serving Aaron, Catalin and Josh refused to fill up my drink which was half empty. I called for the manager who came and agreed with his terrible staff with the hostility and poor attitude appalling. The place was filthy. The staff are arsy and there bad attitude is supported by the manager. At the same of them refusing to give me a full drink after paying nearly £20 for my meal a deliveroo guy comes in and they give him a free drink on the house. Further training is needed as you leave not satisfied at all. Why have people working at KFC in the middle of a student hub who don't want to work when lots of students would happily work there and take there jobs and want to work.

The costumer services at oxford rd. manchest are supper fantastic the whole team is amazing . But Latoya has excellent service skill and every time i pop in she greets all her customers will a brilliant attitude . LATOYA IS THE BEST ✨✨✨✨✨

Meh food, kinda like KFC as usual, but not as good tasting as usual. Main problem is massive cleaning problem. Everywhere to sit is still covered in waste food from others and the toilets have obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Would not recommend coming back again.Dietary restrictions: As read from others on reviews and seen myself, terrible choice for dietary restrictions.
