Went here with my daughter on her first day at Uni .. service was quick friendly and courteous .... food was absolutely amazing .. mocktail was best we'd ever tasted .. slightly let down by being sat in front of TV with football on but didn't spoil our meal which I cannot fault at all

Stayed at the hotel, pictures online look fantastic but the hotel is in state. Very rundown. I couldn't bring myself to eat in the restaurant because the seats were dirty, carpet was dirty and the menu was just fast food basically. The room was so basic.Staff are very friendly but this did not compensate for the overall experience.Breakfast was awful, cheap bacon, sausages tasted OK, find the beans, mushrooms tasty but the dirty stained chairs were a big put off... All self service.Parking: Main carpark was full even at 4pm so I'm guessing not all residents... I parked at the back but was blocked in by delivery van in the morning.

we made a reservation and we decided to sit outside which the waiting staff said was ok. The wait for food was quite long and when it arrived it was in takeaway packaging brought to us by a delivery driver when we were sat right outside the restaurant? Very odd but the staff were friendly and food was good

I enjoyed K.rave, the food was good and the staff there were swift and friendly.It was only when I got there that I realised it was a hotel restaurant. Sometimes I worry hotel restaurants are a little more expensive than they should be, counting on tired guests to pay the difference rather than shop around but I didn't get that sense from K.rave.I had my first fried chicken waffles here. The fried chicken was great and waffles just about okay. I think I would have preferred to go all in on the chicken with 6 tenders or even gone from the healthier option of cornfed chicken breast from the local menu. Nevertheless, waffles a little more dense than I'd like isn't much of a problem.My main concern was the state of the carpet, which was filthy. They really need to get under the tables in their next clean and along the sideboard.Overall, I was pleased to find K.rave and surprised by how little local choice there seemed to be in this part of Manchester. I'd go back.

Was a very poor experience.Booked online and when we arrived waited for over 5 minutes just to be greeted. They then couldn't find the order, showed my confirmation email and still would seat us (may I add that there wasn't a single customer in the establishment). Finally sat us down, gave us 2 menus (for 5 adults and 1 child), no drinks menu, no kids menu. Came back close to 30 seconds later and just stood next to the table, I asked for more menus and was told we had 2! I said I wanted another. We ordered and then watched 4 of them try to put the order through on till... it became commical!Long story short we were sat in the dark (didn't even switch the lights on) with no music until our food came. Food was actually fine despite everything else and then they put TV music channels on. We ate the food and then when we went to the toilets to find 3 x blocked toilets, tissue everywhere and urine on the seats. We visited at 1pm and we were clearly the 1st customers, it was disgusting.When we returned to the table they switched the lights but we paid and left.Wouldn't recommend and won't return, due to service and cleanliness.

When we arrived we where told we couldnt have the meal offer that we booked for and that "they stopped doing that offer" even though their website still advertised it. So they let you book for a special offer but refused to give it us. So was upset by this point.No atmosphere at all. No music and looked like you where eating in a cafeteria. Would not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID.

The food was decent except for the steak. The ribeye steak was overcooked. It was chewy and rubbery. The waitress switched the steak to beef burger and it was decent. The fried chicken burger was also good for its value.

We went for my sons 40th birthday and were disappointed.The service we received was comparable to a Hungry Horse.We ordered a plain burger with nothing on it. It arrived with melted cheese, asked for another and the same burger came back with cheese scraped off!!! Eventually got what was ordered.Onion side came as a starter.In fairness our complaints were politely rectified and we were given extra drinks by way of apology.I would not recommend as I think for the amount of money charged per meal it was not value for money.

Nice place, just the food especially the sirloin steak does not meet the expectation to be serve in a restaurant. I wish not to elaborate.To add, the lunchtime offer in the website is not applicable and was reconfimed when we arrive. But as I came with the kids, wouldn't be bother to go to other places.

Signature steak house name has now changed to Krave. And they have steak , burger and indian menus as well they are more budget friendly.Staffs are very nice especially in the restaurant and in the reception. They are very helpfull and always treat as very well with an present smile.A fantastic place for dining.For the restaurant dining they offer the free parking as well.
