Amazing customer service from Ewan.\\n\\nWe had gone around manchester throughout the day receiving nothing but bad service from most stores. Employees would stare at us (as we arent average looking people) and were always rude to us.\\n\\nWe decided to stop at the Krispy Kreme Arndale before ubering home, and Ewan was a breath of fresh air with his positivity and polite conversation. He was perfectly patient with us while we made our decisions, even while serving other customers he was friendly.\\n\\nAnd after someone bought the last raspberry doughnut that I had been looking at, he was so nice as to get out the other jams and offered them to us, going out of his way as to be the best service we recieved that day.\\n\\nWould definitely go again, we love you Ewan and we will be sure to get Krispy kreme coffee next time instead of starbucks ;)
I used to always use this place although not all the staff were welcoming and some of them made it obvious they didn't want to be there or they just didn't want you to be there the other staff made up for it on the other occasions

if I could give this Krispy Kreme 0 stars I would the lady who served me was so disrespectful and when I went to buy donuts she said to me "your kinda taking the piss" I felt very disappointed because I only went there to buy donuts and the way she treated me was unacceptable because that was my second time going there in a month and she kept swearing at me
